Hotellet hadde flott beliggenhet. Utsikt, bassengområde, hage, interiør og fasiliteter for øvrig var utmerket og holdt 4-stjernes standard. Jeg savnet litt mer lett tilgjengelig informasjon, da jeg ikke fant noen informasjonsbrosjyre eller TV-info om hotellet på rommet. Dermot var det lagt vekt på info om Fuertehotels-kjedens mijøprofil. Man måtte dermed spørre om alt angående hotellet i resepsjonen. Jeg savnet også mulighet for internettoppkobling på rommet. |

Our room was superb, very large and with a wonderful sea view.The breakfast was marvellous and the location couldnt be better.Wewill definitely be back. |

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. It was our first time and we will be back. We got all we were looking for, good hotel, excellent staff, relaxation, beach restaurant had great fish menu. Resort centre/shopping within 5 mins walk Entertainment could be improved. Very dated sound system/artists |

The location on the beach was excellent. The common areas of the hotel were lovely. The dining room and terrace restaurant were very nice. The guest relations staff were friendly and sometimes helpful. There was live entertainment every evening. The room was small, even though it had a nice little terrace overlooking the beach. But when I went out to sit there, the door blew shut ( it was windy) and there was no outside handle so I was locked out for 45 minutes until my husband came back. The bathrooms were not clean. We were finally moved to another room in the newer tower,but it was stlll small. When we asked for a wakeup call one morning and didn't receive it, the clerk said he was too busy. |

Excellent location, close to beach and downtown Marbella for dining & shopping. The new towers of the hotel are far superior to the old section of hotel referred to as 'classic.' Breakfast buffet good variety. Surrounding property attractive, nice pool area by new towers. We were orignally shown to 'classic' room which was very small, bad decor, smelled of smoke, poor view. Poor service in bar area. . |

Convenient to beach. Great fitness center. Breakfast had a large variety of foods. Pools and grounds were gorgeous. Front desk very courteous and helpful. Rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though we were told they were nonsmoking (no designation on door.) B/c it was high season hotel was very crowded. Hard to find without gps. |

The garden is magnificent, if only the service and the food of the restaurant could match the setting, it would be a terrific hotel. We were sold an Internet card for the fourth floor and then were told that there was no Internet on the fourth floor. The "business" center did not have a printer and only one computer worked. The staff at the front desk was not professional or even helpful. Why have that useless "green" folder advertising pillows when the mini bar is so poor? Television system is incomprehensible. Breakfast is copious but a disappointment. Nothing was lacking but everything was tasteless, including the coffee. |

Excellent choice for breakfast. Very good room that was roomy and the air conditioning set just right Would prefer that the 'casual swimming pool' was adults only: too many children. |

The staff were very polite and helpful. Teh hotel was immaculately clean They should have had a postcard showing the gorgeous front of the hotel not the aprtment block type back view. Who wants that? |
