La Villa Marbella

How helpful the staff was and very friendly! It made our trip so much better to have someone like Marcos be so informative and nice. He helped us with our day trips, our restaurant choices and any issues that came along he was there to help. You couldn't ask for a nicer staff especially when traveling in another country. The accommodations were so upscale but quaint at the same time being in the old town section of Marbella. It was just perfect.

Since it was in the old town section of Marbella the narrow, sometimes one way streets, made it hard to find. It is in such a cute quaint section of town but the street names are hard to see and the best way to get to it is to just park in one of the many parking garages and walk to it.

from the moment we arrived marcos and all his staff made it clear they were there for us. we too all their advice and has some of the best holiday food we have ever tasted. we have no hesitation recommending this jewel to others you couldnt help but fall in love with the place

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They all seem to genuinely care for their guests. And the room was nice and comfortable with all the amenities you could need.

The design of the hotel is utterly unique, original, beautiful and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and Marcos (the manager) was fantastic.

Our particular room (Yongan) was right beside reception, thus was a bit noisy.

The amenities were really delightful and the staff was warm and welcoming.

The best thing about the hotel was the really friendly and in all ways helpfull staff, Manager Marco Torres did virtually everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Considering the price, our room was a bit small. Very nicely decorated and comfortable, but small.

Lvm was simply one of the best places we ever stayed in. It is very tastefully designed and located in the old part of Marbella. Marcos, the owner and manager, as well as all the key staff were extremely helpful and always ready to provide valuable local advice as well as provide any other assistance.

Despite located in an excellent setting you may stop liking the breakfast choice after several days. Fortunately lvm provides an option to have an English type of breakfast at Don Alfredo for no extra charge. As in most hotels furniture (especially wardrobes) is not too practical. There was no way to accommodate clothing for 4 people for over a week in the Mandalay room and some had to be left in luggage. Driving directions were not too helpful and we had to make a lot of circles and reconnaissance until we eventually found the hotel.

Marcos and his team show how hospitality should be in their excellent hotel and we could find no fault whatsoever, it made our first holiday to Marbella truely memorable

A boutiquw hotel with great character in the old part of Marbella. Owner Marcos and staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful - full of charm, humour and knowledge. A real feeling of being in the Spanish part of town and accessible to all the resort has to offer.

Excellent service, very comfortable room, great location within the old town

The hotel was beautiful and quaint. Service, location, and staff were superior. After running into a major car issue, the owner spent 2 hours of his time helping us with getting the car repaired; above and beyond the call of duty.

Pretty much everything, from the owner and staff and their welcome and attention to detail. It is a hotel I would recommend - and have done already - to anybody.

Only one minor issue for a couple of tall people that the double bed was a touch small and with a tailboard a little smaller at that. But everything else was perfect!

An excellent experience all round. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff - Boliver on food and drink, Marcos on the local information and sightseeing tips. They were also very patient and flexible with serving the breakfat each morning - the bed was so comfy we found it a struggle to leave it! We especially loved the relaxed, far-eastern inspired decor throughout the hotel, very unusual.

The bathroom can be cold first thing in the morning - perhaps a towel heater might be useful?
