Hotellet har en fremragende beliggenhed med gode store værelser. God ide at vælge værelse med udsigt til havnen og katedralen. Fremragende pool-område med god bar-service med rimelig menukort. Stort og flot morgenmadsbuffet med stort udvalg. Hotellet er lidt 1960-er old fashion men meget flot og meget rent. Hotellet er at betragte som et buisness hotel. |

Very nice hotel, good location, and with friendly and proffesional staff. Exellent breakfastbuffet. It is a good ide to choice a room with pool/seawiew. |

I det hele - ok. Værelset er ret godt indrettet og gjort meget rent af dygtige stuepiger. Alt for lille balkon. Der er også rigtig dårlig lydisolering, så man hører alt gadestøj - selv fra 7. etage. Badeværelset er ret lille og håndvasken er meget lav. Betjeningen i det hele taget ved rceptionen og restauranten er kold og upersonlig. Bedre lydisolering, højere håndvask, bedre service i restauranten, en tilkaldeknap ved poolen, når poolbaren er lukket, så man ikke behøver at tage ned til receptionen for at bestille drinks, fitness/gym, større fjernsyn, bedre kanaler, paraplyer, billigere internet |

We liked the fact that the location of the hotel was very close to all amenities and also overlooking the sea. Yes all the corridors on each floor had a smell coming from the carpet which was very offputting and everytime we went to our room I would block my nose due to the smell. |

The hotel was clean; the service was excellent; the spa was really good but a little on the expensive side - that's to be expected though! They had lots of options for food and drink available within the hotel and it is also very close to lots of eating and entertainment establishments. The hotel also had loads of services from being able to send dhl to flowers, to car rental assistance. Basically, service and location! The internet is a rip off! 4Euros for a 1/2hr! So we just went into town to use an internet service. Also, they were not particularly interested in helping you with public transportation. I mean, in Switzerland, 4 star hotels give you free bus/metro passes during your stay. Of course, that's Switzerland! |

We had a room facing the back of the hotel and it was to warm. If possible it would be nice if you could choose if you wanted to use AC or not. It wasn't on now and it was HOT! Otherwise I love the hotel and this was my third stay there. |

General appearance and comfort No English speaking TV (news) station. Did not offer an obvious tourist information service. No air conditioning (or perhaps we did not know how to operate it). Not sure how restaurant service worked for anyone not on half board (but this did not matter as we had all our meals elsewhere. |

Proximity to the city center, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, satisfying loby and spa facilities, excellent view. The toilet was too small for this type of hotel, I stayed at the third floor and noise from the street was too high all night long. |

The location was great,and the staff were very professional and helpful. The pianist in the lobby bar was a delight, and the food was excellent. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

The bar, restaurant and room services were discreet but attentive. The general air of the hotel in terms of space and ambiance for business purposes was fine. The attitude of reception staff and the concierge was more geared to internal process than to customer service, considering how the hotel is positioning itself in the market. Some things were tough to do (like getting acces to the business centre). |
