Clean, well-located hotel, and the breakfast is good. But the amenities are sparse. I called for toothpaste in the morning, and was told I'd have to wait for housekeeping to arrive at 8 a.m. |

We arrived at Hotel Mirador on Friday 19th February and checked in.To our delight as we had gone for a 'special birthday' they had up-graded us (3 couples) to Junior Suites at no extra cost. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff all very friendly. Location and views of Palma magnificent. The food in restaurant was excellent.We will certainly go back to Mirador and recommend to all our friends. Howard/Squires/Lee Party |

I did like my room, although i had no ocean view. The lobby looked a bit old, and there is no straight elevator to floors fifth and up you must take a few stairs. The rest was good, and very convenient located too |

From the outside the hotel does not have much kerb appeal. Of all the hotels on the strip this looked the most run down. Once inside it is a pleasant surprise. The lobby, bar, rooms, and facilities etc are all very well maintained. Transport to and from the airport was not by shuttle as advertised. Take the No. 1 bus and get off on the street where the hotel is located, costs 2 euro each way and about 30-40 min. |

I stayed at the Mirador for a business trip in January 2010. I travel a lot for work and I found this hotel excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. I would stay again at this hotel. There were 2 small beds in the room and a single queen size bed would have been better. Yet, the bed was good. |

The size of the room and view over the harbour were both very good. Breakfast was excellent. We were not told about the swimming pool and sauna. By the time we realised it was too late! |

The lovely view of the sea & boats from our room on the patio. The size of the room. The reception areai is light with comfortable seating arrangements The incredible amount of traffic noise night and day, & people noise into the early hours (mainly outside the hotel opposite ours, which our room faced). - All in all it was impossible to fall asleep & I left there after four days deprived of sleep!!! |

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Facilities good. Much to noisy being on the main road. Rooms were hot from the afternoon sun but yet the central air con had been turned off due to the winter season. All pointed to cost savings by the hotel. Not acceptable with international travelling. |

The hotel is in a prime location for all the things a tourist would need to do in palma. The hotel is modern with a sense of history, the rooms are large and well equiped and the breakfast buffet is excellent/ The hotel and room was like a sauna, far too hot even though we were there in November. It was 24 degrees outside! When we complained we were told there was nothing they could do as now on winter setting.This led to a very uncomfortable nights sleep/ |

The room was very nice (spacious) with a good view of the harbor. First, the hotel floors are "split" into two areas, 1-4 and 5-8. To get from one area to the other requires going up a large flight of stairs. This is a major inconvenience with luggage. We were on the 6th floor. This meant we had to take one elevator to the 4th floor, walk up a large flight of stairs, and then take another elevator to the 6th floor. A major inconvenience and hassle! Second, the hotel staff at the reception desk gave very inaccurate information about public transportation. While they were friendly, it seemed that they had to give an answer, instead of saying that they didn't know something. Third, this hotel has one major advantage: the hotel is close to all the clubs and discoteques. Noise woke us on two nights. |

Wir wurden sehr nett Begrüßt, Service war Sehr gut.Die verzehrten Speisen wahren gut,die Preise für das Essen angemessen. Frühstück reichhaltig und die Lage des Hotels vorzüglich. Das Hotel liegt zwar an der Strasse die Zimmer sind aber sehr gut schallisoliert . Also in's gesammt Empfehlenswert. |
