Rene lyse rom. Moderne design. Takterrasse med utsikt til en vakker hage og hvor man kunne se mot havet og mot den vakre katedralen. Svært hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening, både i resepsjonen, i kafeen og rengjøringspersonalet. Frokosten var OK, men brødvarene kunne vært ferskere. Jeg liker at hotell byr på en kanne kaffe og en stor mugge varm melk til frokosten, slik at man kan ta påfyll når man selv ønsker det. |

Jeg likte interiøret, urbant og trendy. Hotellet ligger i gamle byen det var perfekt. Supert med tak terrasse. Aircondission anlegg på taket var det noe støy av, den kunne kansje vore innebygget så lyden ikke var til sjenanse. |

De staff was very helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and clean. The spa was a good alternative for a rainy day outside. The hotel is kind of noisy. I could hear guests in the room next door. And outside there was unlikely a construction site. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely hotel, great location in the historical center of town, great view to cathedral and Arabic bath, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, quiet area, would come back any time. Parking is a little problem but has nothing to do with beautiful hotel |

The Santa Clara Urban Hotel and Spa was just what we had hoped for.Very clean, modern with attentive staff. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was large and bright with nice views over the church and cathedral etc. Loved the breakfast but a little pricey for us as we are light eaters in the morning. A smaller (continental) breakfast option would be ideal.Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. |

We loved the rooftop terrace and the boutique nature of the hotel. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Great location in a quiet area that was close to plenty of great restaurants. No computer room, no parking and no iron in room. This did not take away from our experience. |

Excellent location, modern design, wonderful roof terrace/solarium, nice rooms and bathrooms Cold ambiance, staff distant and not very helpful (except the night janitor), wifi connection free but very unstable, meals at a minimum |

Lovely room, very modern and spacious, very quiet. Just perfect. Air con is a plus point.The staff were fantastic very helpful not just to us but to every one. The roof top terrace was idilic, and the food was good too. The Spa could have been a little bigger. As Wi-Fi is advertised it should be available, but the staff were very helpful, which made my 15 year old daughter happy. |

The room was decorated well, bathroom soaps etc.. were good quality (this is important) staffing. The receptionist turned into the bar person and waiter etc... as there appeared to be only one member of staff around at any one time. The terrace was closed for 2 out of our 3 day stay. we were looking forward to sitting on the terrace to eat lunch and drink a bottle of wine as part of our trip. We also learnt that had we required lunch, it would not have been available during 'lunch time'. |

The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a lovely area in the city of Palma. Our room was up-graded to a junior suit. Hotel was extremely clean with a lovely roof terrace |

Lovely staff, great roof terrace, and location! I don't know about the other rooms, but my bathroom wall was part see through, so better to remember this if you're shy! |

We were on our honeymoon and the staff upgraded us without asking. They also left a welcome basket of fruits and cava wine. Stayed in one of the "loft" room with the indoor jacuzzi. Bofth of us love the stark white modern decor against the old stone wall and archictecture. The two modern LCD TV would have gotten more use if there were more English stations. We got the view of the old Cathedral and the courtyard from our window. Nice firm bed with quality linen and clean modern bathroom...so comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. Got lots of use with the jacuzzi. Their rooftop lounge area got great views and a quiet place to chill out. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with booking restaurant for us and making suggestions about where to go. It's on a quiet street with good restaurants and shopping nearby. also got good use of a nearby local store to stock up on wine and fruits. I'ts a 16 units hotel so it's fairly quiet. Would definitely stay here again when revisiting Palma. if you drive there is not much parking nearby but who would drive in Palma! |

Absolutely beautiful room, good location. Lots of TV channels with great picture quality. Overly expensive breakfast. Not being able to bring our own wine to the room terrass. Felt like they try to squeeze every penny out of their visitors. Barely a single english-speaking channel (except for a couple of news channels) - only dubbed to spanish, german and french. |

Had a two night stay in this hotel & wish that I had booked for two weeks instead. The hotel was quiet so they upgraded our room - ask for a cathedral view as this looks out over a very peaceful courtyard area. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - delivering drinks up to the terrace really quickly. |

The hotel was very central, near the airport, noise free - and in the nice old part of town near the sights. It was very quiet and relaxing. Just the plumbing was a bit dodgy - but staff did their best to fix it each time. |
