Colours and plants, very nice No english spoken and a lot of problem and time to obtain a formal invoice. They require the vat to be paid over the bill that sounds unfair. |

Location was superb; staff was exceptionally nice; parking garage was close (but still a moderate walk); very quiet plaza; no frills but none needed lots of stairs to the room (do not take many or heavy bags); parking garage is close but still a little walk up hills/stairs but neither issue is significant for the location and good price. Few amenities but nice and helpful staff more than make up for it. No English spoken so communication was a bit tough but we managed. (signed: Loren Smith, from USA) |

Sa situation en plein quartier historique, le calme de cette pension, l'amabilité enjouée des hôtes, la décoration colorée des chambres réchauffant la sévérité du granit omniprésent à Santiago. |

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ruhig. Sie liegt fünf Minuten von der kathedrale von Santiago entfernt nd mitten in der Altstadt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Bars und Kaffees, Man günstig in der Nähe essen. |

Esta en pleno centro de la ciudad de Santiago. Esta muy limpia y tienes todo lo que puedes esperar de una habitación de hotel. Subir tres pisos de escaleras con cargando la maleta. |

Ubicación, trato del personal y habitación. Puedes utilizar la cocina. No reponen las toallas, conjunto de la ducha algo deteriorado y la tele se veía muy mal. |

Es handelt sich eher um eine Pension als um ein Hotel Im Vergleich zu Häusern in der Nachbarschaft ist der preis für ein Einzelzimmer sehr hoch. |
