Excellent decor. Very highly recommended for any traveler to Madrid. Very well located with a Metro (Tube) station at less than 100 mtr away. Easy to get to hot spot locations and good shops in the vicinity too. Highly recommended hotel. |

Laptop in the room The worse customer attendance I've ever seen. Reception Desk staff should be trained. Unfortunately I was feeling sick during my stay and didn't get any type of help. I had to go myself to the nearest pharmacy and maximum time allowed to leave the room after 12:00 was only one hour: "two hours is complicated". Considering the level of attendance, the price charged is outrageous. |

Situación excelente para visitar Madrid, y la habitación adecuadamente insonorizada, ya que la calle Serrano estaba en obras y no se oía ruido molesto. |

aucune connexion WEB dans la chambre !!!!! Bruits infernal à cause des travaux dans la rue .Avions pourtant demandé à notre arrivée si les travaux s'arretaient mais on nous a promis 3x qu'il n'y en n'aurait pas le samedi or depuis 7h du matin les travaux ont recommencé !!!! Scandaleux et lors du check out , rien n'a ete proposé pour compenser car on tenait à se reposer tard le samedi matin !!!! |

Lo que mas me ha gustado es su ubicacion, ya que mi viaje fue de negocios. Tambien la ducha es excelente, despues de un dia completo de trabajo. La privacidad del bano con el resto de la habitacion, prefiero la pared normal antes que el cristal, y que la puerta cierre adecuadamente. |

Su situación en el Barrio de Salamanca. Si, increiblemente nuestra primera habitación, luego nos cambiamos. Tenía en la cama sábanas con la impresión HOSPITAL DE MADRID!!!! Me pareció alucinante, y más en un hotel de 4 estrellas. |
