having a laptop in the room provided by the hotel I think is a great idea. Also the location of the hotel is very convinient the carpet |

Excellent decor. Very highly recommended for any traveler to Madrid. Very well located with a Metro (Tube) station at less than 100 mtr away. Easy to get to hot spot locations and good shops in the vicinity too. Highly recommended hotel. |

Laptop in the room The worse customer attendance I've ever seen. Reception Desk staff should be trained. Unfortunately I was feeling sick during my stay and didn't get any type of help. I had to go myself to the nearest pharmacy and maximum time allowed to leave the room after 12:00 was only one hour: "two hours is complicated". Considering the level of attendance, the price charged is outrageous. |

Ubicación, atención del personal y habitaciones. Cercanía de la estación Serrano del Metro. Todo estaba dispuesto a nuestra llegada para las tres personas que ocupamos la habitación. Ninguna queja, cuando regrese a Madrid de nuevo me hospedaré allí. |
