We liked the area of Playa Blanca very much, The common areas of the hotel were nicely kept and appealing. The rooms were in need of rennovation, AC, lamps and safe all broken. No patio furniture on terrace, bed uncomfortable and walls thin. The food was average at best. |

The pool facilities are excellent Remotenesss of hotel.No information given about H10 club,which I would have joined,I learnt about it at the airport going home from a fellow guest.The food was not varied enough and not always hot.The staff seemed to concentrate on serving all inclusive guests at the expense of the half board guests which was extremely irritating |

Great place ! We booked a room with a sea viea and it was perfect. The pools are very nice. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it, especially to young parents with small children. There were tiny little insects (spiders?) on the dressing in our room, which kept reappearing. There is no minibar unless you ask for it specifically and order in advance. You also have to pay for the use of the minibar. |

Het is een heerlijk hotel waarvan je denkt aan de buitenkant / entree oh help ik kom in een giga groot massaal complex terecht maar zodra je het binnenpleintje bij het zwembad komt waan je je in een klein dorpje! Wat ik heel positief vond was dat er veel spanjaarden komen, en waar spanjaarden komen in eigen land dan is het goed! en vooral gezellig dan heb je echt het gevoel ik ben in spanje! hou er ook rekening mee dat er veel engelse komen maar toch is het een ander plubliek rustige mensen die ook net zoals wij toe zijn aan een heerlijke rustige vakantie niks hoeft alles mag! En laten we het eten niet vergeten in 1 woord geweldig! De 2 Boys van het animatie team!! Die vonden zichzelf wel heel geweldig vooral door de microfoon gillen. Maar goed als je de tijden weet wanneer ze er zijn duik je lekker het wellness centrum in. of ga je op het dakterras heerlijk op een lounge bed liggen. |

La habitación del hotel con terraza y vistas al mar La habitacion estaba tan lejos de la recepción y del parking de los coches que te tienen que llevar en coche la gente del hotel, porque el coche particular no puede pasar por esas zonas. Si el dia que sales quieres que te lleven, igualmente, con las maletas a recepción tienes que avisar una hora antes |

Mooi afgewerkt hotel met veel ruimte. mooie kamers en zeer lekker eten (men kan buiten eten). Groot zwembad met voldoende ligzetels. |

La tranquilidad y le relax que ofrece. La limpieza de las habitaciones se puede mejorar, asi como el acceso a internet..es escaso y carisimo ( 2 Eur / 20 min) . |

El hotel en su conjunto era muy bonito.Las instalaciones estaban en muy buen estado.Lo mejor es que reservamos una habitacion con vistas al mar y como no habia disponible nos dieron una habiatacion de superior categoria. |

Las instalaciones, el trato del personal, la variedad de la comida y la zona en la que se encuentra. Aunque paran autobuses en la puerta del hotel, por su lejanía de Playa Blanca ( el pueblo y la playa más cercana) es mejor alquilar coche. |

La variedad de actividades sin coste que tenía (sesiones de pilates, yoga, tiro al arco, mini club,...). El que la habitación de los niños estuviese comunicada interiormente por una puerta a la habitación de matrimonio (habíamos pedido 2 dobles contiguas). El que un día a las 9:15 entrara una camarera (toc-toc) a la habitación (nosotros aún acostados) preguntando ¿a qué hora desocupan la habitación), que otro día a las 8:30 el jardinero se pusiera a cortar el cesped con una maquina que hacía un ruido espantoso, y que otros días a las 9:30 se pusiera a martillear el albañil que estaba colocando unas pizarras en la pared. |
