Very good value for money considering that bufet breakfast was included in the price. Expensive wireless with rather slow connection. Carpets in the rooms a bit worn and dirty. |

It was very relaxing and staff were very friendly.....ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still only minutes from it at the same time....very close to Camp Nou and always taxi's available out the front of the hotel |

Great Staff, nice location, near to metro tram & bus. Clean & big rooms. 10-15 mins to city center. A plus to have a full restaurant in the hotel. 24 hr room service. Breakfast was really very good. Its a good hotel but it should be rated as 4 star. We stayed there for 6 days, on first day they gave us the room with non functional air conditioning which was not a great start.But they changed the room next day (which was really good). One can feel the pollution & noise even on floor 16 (if you open your windows). But i would still recommend this hotel as this is value for money. |

Good location and very friendly staff. Comfortable room and excellent sport facilities. Buffet style breakfast was a bit frantic at times. No guest lounge and the much advertised beer terrace was very scruffy |

The waiter at the restaurant was good.The location too. I am not satisfied from the hotel.The AC was not workin properly,the furniture very old,The hotel charged my credit card before i even enter my room and told me that i can get my money back in a week after deparure.No breakfast(charged) for early check out guests. |

Good location close to confernce centre and easilly reachabe through public transportation (metro close by). Room was dirty. lot of dirty stains in the carpet and found some clipped toe nails on the floor next to the bed. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly also not during my three days/two night stay! |

Staff during the night shift was very helpful and professional, I stayed on the 4th June, and the lady at reception at night was fantastic. The rooms we were staying are not a 5* hotel in my opinion, the were on the small side, very tiny, bathroom very tiny too, furniture very tired and dated, and the staff when we arrived in the morning ( 4t June) and when we did the check out (5th June) were not helpful at all, We also had breakfast which was of a very low quality compared to other times we have stayed there. |

Friendly and helpful staff, provided a child bed free. Room service etc a bit expensive, but it is 5* after all. Nice little garden out the back of the hotel is not well signposted and has to be reached through spa. |
