Moderne hotell i sentralt strøk. Bra bar / kafe. Hadde rom som vendte fra gata og det var iallefall rolig. Bruker lett dette hotellet igjen. Frokost var bra og med godt utvalg. Men kanskje beholderen merket "cool milk" ved frokosten kunne vært merket litt anderledes, så man er klar over at den er romtemperert. |

Vi likte å bli mødt på en positiv måte og vist godt til rette. I skranken hadde personalet en noe mer reservert holdning. Du får følelsen av å være på et godt hotell når du kommer, og det inntrykket ødelegges ikke under oppholdet. |

Hotellet har en meget sentral beliggenhet i Madrid uten at trafikkstøyen er sjenerende. Rommene var lyse og pene og virket nyoppusset - pene bad. Vil anbefale hotellet til venner. |

Servicen og at vi fikk det rommet vi bestilte. Vi var dog heldig og fikk et meget bra hotell til en rimelig penge 80 Euro (tilbud). Kaféen, som tilhørte hotellet, hadde en kvinnelig kelner som var meget sur,og lite oppmerksom og imøtekommende. Direkte dårlig service. Vi spiste ikke frokost på selve hotellet (buffet). |

Very well situated near the Plaza Mayor. Room and bathroom very spacious and clean. Would certainly stay there again. |

Location close to all visit points, good metro connections just in front of the hotel. The lady working at the reception is quite arrogant and not assertive at all.This remark is not applicable for the other staff. As a suggestion, train her in the job or replace her!! The wireless internet connection is very poor, maybe you need a higher speed!!? |

Efficiency of the staff. Dinner at 50% discount at the restaurant of the hotel was worth the money and appreciated. In general stay is comfortable. |

Excellent spot, walking distance from 3 out of the 4 major museums. Metro station at the door. Hosts apart from the hotel restaurant, an additional restaurant offering reasonable breakfast. However, I believe it's a little expensive for a 3 star hotel. What was very wrong is the fact that by ordering the reservation from you directly, (3 months in advance) my account was charged with the full amount of my stay on that day. The hotel explained to me that had I done it directly through them, I would have been charged only on the day that I left !!! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and it never happened to me before. |

We came back to this hotel because of free Wifi in all rooms... The staff was very nice and the rooms are nice and quiet. The hotel restaurant is a smoking restaurant, so we stayed away from that. Sadly that made the whole lobby stink... Had the rest of the hotel stunk like that we would not come back, but it doesn't. So if you can stand the immediate bad smell you'll be fine. |

Great location within 5 minutes from main landmarks (Plaza Maior, Retiro, Palace Real, Sol, Chueca, ...). Restaurant and bar are very nice, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. I recommand the hotel for your next trip to Madrid. No english channel on TV. |
