Meget dårlig service da vi ankom. veldig Charter hotell og meget lite vennlig hotel. Har bodd på hoteller i hele europa og dette var noe av det dårligere vi har bodd på. Ville ikke anbefalt det til andre. Masse rot og uordne fra begynnelse til slutt. Stressende hotell med mye bråk.

De må få bedre service og orden i systemene sine.

We paid for the spa/ half board package and enjoyed the facilities.The hotel was very clean. Food was good, as you would expect for the reasonable price you pay, you could always find something nice to eat

Bar prices, We used the bar across the road. The entertainment was only really suitable for Spanish people.

Location was really good, close to the train station, relatively close to the airport, 10 min walk to the main centre and beach.

Pool was freezing, never felt anything like it before. Rooms are dated and there are stains and damage on carpets, bed frames etc... There is no insulation or Noise Proofing, could hear people next door snoring among other things.

The food in the restaurant was good. During breakfast you have the choice of omelletes, fried eggs and pancakes from the show cooking so all freshly cooked. Show cooking at dinner. Room ready even though we arrived early and staff very friendly.

Drinks very expensive in restaurant and at the bar. Could go across the road to the bar and get drinks alot cheaper. If you want to stay at the hotel for drinks would be best to go all inclusive.

I like hotel food it was excellent and there was plenty of food. The hotel staff was very nice. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Nice family hotell for all in the family.Great entertainment every day for the kids.

We would recommend the hotell to serve breakfast a bit adapted to the northern european standard with COLD milk. People from our part of europe are not used to the tepid / warm milk.

We Loved the decoration in the hotel and the quiet area and surrounding.The staff was polite and spoke very well english. We were really content with the gym and spa. just great.

A very important note to clients who book this hotel is that the hotel should mention on their page that they deduct 50% of the booking fee or amount 1 day ahead before arrival eventhough there has been no cancellation at all from our side.

We were very happy with the size of rooms, travelling with 3 kids under 7 so we needed space for all that goes with them. The lunch and Evening meal was very good in hotel with plenty of variety each day.

We were travelling with friends who also had two kids under 7, they booked a quadruple room which was practially the same size as ours except they did not have camp bed and their holiday cost half the price of our?????

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the train station and fairly close to the beach.

There were a lot of young familiesstaying at the same time and there was nowhere for other people away from them. Even the bar was not free of very small children.

Mi hanno chiesto il pagamento per intero la sera del mio arrivo ed il giorno dopo mi hanno dato la ricevuta di un pagamento sulla mia carta per meta' dell'importo del soggiorno ho fatto notare che la camera era stata pagata la sera prima e mi hanno detto che era stato un loro errore e che tale operazione era da considerarsi nulla. Rientrato in italia ho controllato il conto e mi sono reso conto che I soldi erano stati presi quindi ho pagato la camera per intero piu' una meta'!!!!!! Ho fatto la segnalazione a booking inviando anche la ricevuta del pagamento fatto con la carta ma loro hanno continuato a sostenere il fatto che I conteggi erano giusti. Quindi attenzione cntrollate prima di pagare se hanno fatto operazioni sul vs conto!!!!!!!!
