The hotel’s dining and banqueting rooms provide the ideal venue to celebrate weddings, baptisms or any other kind of special event or occasion. For wedding receptions, the newlyweds can stay free of charge in the hotel’s most luxurious suite.
The attractive dining halls have a relaxed convivial atmosphere and great views of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
For special events, guests can congregate on the terrace and in the gardens to enjoy an aperitif or an appetiser before heading inside to one of the spacious dining halls. The halls are suitable for any event from 90 to 210 people. Each hall can be decorated according to the specifications of the event and the hotel can also offer various different special menus to complement the occasion.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful with directions. Close drive to Costa Brava. Very willing to keep my laptop securely stored while I was out of hotel. Room had balcony and was quiet. Nice clean outdoor pool but too chilly during our stay to use. Would have been good with kids. Meticulous upkeep. Easy walk to Dali museum. Free wireless and free parking! |

It was in a beautiful position and had excellent facilities. It seemed far superior to the 2star rating it had been given. It had lovely grounds, a swimming pool, a siesta area and vry comfortable rooms. The hotel was great, but your instructions of how to get there were more complicated tan need be. They got there, but in a back way with very steep and winding roads. A far simpler way would be "exit 8 from motorway following signs for Ondaretta down Avenida Tolosa at the end of which is a signpost for the hotel which you just follow up the hill. |

Very clean and nice room. Very nice location on the Monte Igueldo. The hotel has a good car park just outside. Breakfast is good (buffet) Due to the tiling on the floor, when someone moves a chair in one room this makes a loud noise in every other room. |

The location is up a mountain and so out of the bustle of San Sebastian. It is a lovely downhill walk to the city with gorgeous views. The setting is almost pastoral with plenty of green space as well as sheep nearby and you can hear roosters in the morning. Lovely ocean views in from some of the balconies. Clean and well run establishment. My first room was not impressive at all. There was a stained carpet with a terrible cleaning smell and it was extremely noisy (near the front door). The second room faced the ocean and was much more comfortable, with tile rather than old carpeting and the smell was gone. It was kept in good shape but the amenities are basic (i.e no hair dryer or fancy shampoos). It is good value in high season. A big frustration was the noise level through the entire stay. Guests came in making loud noises in the halls up to 2am and the walls are very thin so we could hear a telephone conversation as if it was in our own room. We would have appreciated if the hotel would ensure the noise level was kept quiet after 11. It is a significant drawback. |

To the point and functional, does the job, quiet and peaceful, some lovely views near to (but not at) the hotel. A car is definitely helpful, staying here depends on whether you need to be in the thick of the action down in the bay (although taxis are about 10E, and buses are every 30 minutes and cheap/efficient). Walkable to the Mercure hotel lounge (fantastic views) and mini theme park. Butlins holiday camp feel (only Brits will know the feeling). Our room was not cleaned until the following early evening. No shower curtain meant the bathroom was flooded (and on tiled floors, this was quite dangerous). Breakfast ok but coffee should be kept on hot plates. |

For the price we paid, this was a good hotel. The location was about 10 minutes drive out of town and the room was basic, but clean. Hotel staff were friendly, and helpful. We were placed in another building of the hotel separate from reception where the wifi internet did not work. The walls were thin, and there was a lot of noise in the corridor throughout the night. |

El entorno. En pleno Monte Igeldo, con unos alrededores muy bucólicos, conectado con San Sebastián mediante bus urbano cada media hora o taxi nocturno por 10€. Sólo estuvimos en la recepción y la habitación. Interiores (moqueta, decoración, sanitarios...) algo anticuados. Una renovación le sentaría muy bien. |

La ubicación, en el Monte Igueldo. El entorno esta muy bien, no tienes problema de aparcamiento al llegar al hotel y tardas 5 minutos en coche para bajar a la ciudad. El personal de recepción excelente, intentan ayudarte en todo lo que les pides. El precio es excesivo para la ubicación del hotel, los servicios y comodidades, no recuerdo cuantas estrellas tiene pero yo le pondria 2. El personal de cafetería/restaurante un poco secos y con poca predisposición al servicio. Pasamos la primera noche en otro edificio, no habia disponibilidad en el principal, las habitaciones no cumplian los servicios contratados(no wifi,camas de 80, un radiador electrico). |

Su ubicación, su precio y su tranquilidad. Buen servicio del personal del hotel. Camas y televisor (sin TDT) algo viejos. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en el comedor (si hay mycha gente) . |
