breakfast service was very good. the staff were very friendly and always available to answer questions and provide helpful advice. the hotel is lovely renovation of an old building very close to the cathredral. |

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well positioned in a quiet street and the rooms are attractive and comfortable, with free wifi internet access. Excellent breakfast served until 11 o'clock. Insufficient insulation in the walls and floors meant that I was repeatedly awoken by voices and footsteps in adjoining rooms. |

Exceptional friendliness of staff. The design of the reception area and the rooms is very nice. The breakfast is exceptionally good and offers a variety of different things. Closeness to city center and all landmarks. |

The decoration and furniture is very nice and creates a comfortable and warm ambience. The staff is very nice too. The location is very convenient, 5 minutes from the cathedral. Ah, the wifi is free and good. |

El trato exquisito de todo el personal.la situación del mismo.los recursos por parte del personal para solucionar cualquier necesidad (excursiones,...) No tener posibilidad de cenas en el mismo. |

Todo es excelente, comenzando por la ubicación, lo precioso de la habitación, su sistema de insonorización al exterior conservando a la vez el antiguo y pequeño balconcito, el confortable y moderno baño, el excelentísimo trato de todo el personal, su predisposición para complacernos, el desayuno - sin lujos de un 5* - pero abundante y de alta calidad, el descuento del parking, lo cercano a los lugares más bellos de Santiago, en fin, todo todo todo |

Das Hotel befindet sich an Rande der Altstadt, Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr gepflegt. In der Lobby befinden sich interessante Bildbände, die es wert sind, beachtet zu werden. |

Muy bien situado, a 2 minutos del casco antiguo y en una zona tranquila y bonita. Alrededor hay un par de restaurantes buenos. El desayuno es muy bueno y copioso. El personal es muy atento. Lo recomiendo sin reservas. |

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, spricht außer spanisch auch fließend englisch. Man kann kostenfrei das Internet nutzen. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich inkl. Obst, Kuchen, etc. |
