Very convenient to the city centre and easy to access by car. The staff levels were low but both reception and dining room staff were helpful. The room we had a balcony with a lovely view of the cathedral. A pleasant experience. Parking was in a public car park some 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The car survived! |

Great views from the room I stayed in. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. The information about the room I booked turned to be misleading: the room overlooked a very noisy road, despite the fact that I'd called the hotel beforehand and was assured that the room was quiet. On my arrival, I had to re-negotiate an alternative room with the hotel, which as the result was more expensive (I feel I was made to overpay!). Also it was located very close to the reception, which caused some noise early in the morning. In my view, the hotel is over-priced. No free parking and generally parking is very inconvenient. |

Central for exploring Santiago but away from street noise if you have a room at the back, these back rooms have a stunning view of the Cathedral. Very friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast - buffet style. |

The rooms were very comfortable as well as quiet. The hotel is well located and has all of the neccessary ammenities: a wonderful breakfast buffet, free internet, a comfortable common area and an extremely helpful staff. |

La vista desde las habitaciones superiores es preciosa. Se aprecian muy bien las torres de la catedral y de la iglesia de San Francisco, además del palacio de Raxoi. . |

Quarto com muito charme e espaço. Boa localização. Excelente. Pena os viajantes individuais ficarem com os piores quartos ( em todos os hoteis), neste caso virado para a frente do hotel, sem vista para a catedral. |

Es un hotel tranquilo y coqueto. Sus vistas a la Catedral en sus habitaciones dobles especiales son impresionantes. Su estilo rústico le da otorga un aire acogedor. Su situación es muy buena ya que es cercana a los lugares de visita pero a su vez es tranquilo y se duerme bien sin molestias. Un poco mejor la limpieza en lugares donde se comprueba una buena limpieza (debajo camas, interior de los muebles, esquinas, etc). Por el precio que cobran, que es elevado para un tres estrellas, la limpieza debe de ser algo más que puramente digna. |

En apariencia es confortable, La situacion es buena. El trato amable. El colchon de la Cama era muy incomodo, estaba muy mal y vimos otro que estaba igual. |

Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen ten opzichte van de kathedraal. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Plus gratis internet in de lobby. |

Cerca del centro histórico, pero muy tranquilo y silencioso. Al lado de uno de los parques. limpieza. Nos dieron una de las habitaciones abuardilladas con vistas a la catedral. nada que destacar. |

A localização é muito boa pois pode ir-se a pé para o centro histórico. Há um estacionamento privado perto o que também é um vantagem. Os funcionários são simpáticos e o hotel é muito giro. |

La habitacion está limpia, es nueva, es cómoda y tiene unas vistas de la catadral y la parte posterior del obradoiro impresionantes. La insonorización interior, de habitación a habitación es horrorosa. Se oye todo lo que se habla y hace en las demás habitaciones. Es muy molesto. |

La amabilidad del personal y la disposición a ayudar y solucionar dudas en todo momento fue exquisita Si se puede uno quejar de algo sería que el ascensor no llega a la última planta, aunque allí las habitaciones son muy acojedoras y con mucho encanto |

Underbart skön säng efter pilgrimsvandring! God och omfattande frukost, fint och välskött hotell/rum. Kort avstånd till katedralen och gamla stan´s alla fina restauranger och ett stenkast från en stor och vacker park. Receptionisten var kanske lite väl ointresserad av sitt jobb. |
