Hotel is clean and comfortable and staff were very pleasant. Continental breakfast was excellent with good choice. Will very probably stay here again. |

The staff were very friendly, and helped with directions to the local attractions in seville. Breakfast was basic but, there was plenty of it. Rooms were clean. we were only in the hotel 2 days, but had clean bedding and towels both days. |

on our arrival the staff where very helpful in giving us information about the places to visit etc & maps etc.pleasant hotel, directly opposite the park & the cathedral & Alcazar, & wlakign distance of other places. internet only available in the lobyy/lounge. |

The hotel was located very close to the old quarters of Seville making access to the main sites very easy. That in itself would be inadequate if the hotel and staff had not been as good as thay are. The bathroom was poorly designed making it very tight to negotiate. |

One of the biggest advantages the hotel has is that it is at the heart of Seville and so it is close to everything of importance |

Good location, near the Old city and right around the corner from the bus station, helpful English speaking stuff, free Internet (we were even able to have it - most of the time - in our room), clean room |

The hotel is nice: cosy beautiful rooms, convenient lobby, wi-fi. Very convenient to get there by car. Parking is spacious enough, unlike many others I've seen in Spain. Hence that's a plus. Not the first hotel where I had problems with air-conditioning: outside day temp was plus 29 C - about 20 C in the night. And everything was ok, when we fell asleep. But in the night we woke up, because there was no air in the room - a/c was turned off centrally, as they believe “nights are cold”. Just ventilation is not possible as well. Our window went to the inner yard, as well as from many other rooms, and everything was heard very close. Very hard to sleep. And I don't understand what I've paid for... I would recommend this hotel only in summer, when, maybe, they don't think "nights are cold"... |

Seville city centre very accessible and good view of cahedral from our room at front of hotel. Internet access in public areas. Could not honestly say this was a good 3 star standard - particularly the breakfast: very limited, including stale croissants! No internet access in rooms, no mini-bar and slightly scruffy aspects to parts of room (e.g. pillows fixed to wall over bed). Parking to rear of hotel is extremely difficult with tight spacing - consequently, we damaged our hire car. |

Great location, after this trip we recognise Hostels are not for us and we will choose only *** hotels in the future. Alcazar met all our needs, location, clean, and safe with a wonderful staff. |

good location near the Alcazar Gardens, parking facilities, basic but very good buffet breakfast,quiet and cosy rooms air conditioned didn't work properly,there was no brush for cleaning the toilet in the bathroom |

Location, Location, Location. Just across the road is the centre of the historical city. Within easy walking distance of everything you need to see when visiting this city, They even gave us a map as we arrived. Lock the car away and leave it there. Breakfast was an extensive cold buffet and toast. Adequate to start a busy day. Location, Location, Location. Yes, its location is also its downfall. The traffic noise from the road at the front in the morning means an early start whether you want it or not. Suggest you ask for a back room if this is going to be a problem. However front room means view of the Alcazar etc. |

We choose the hotel for its location, and where correct too many rooms have only inside views, with limited daylight, this should be revalued in the pricing strategy. The parking is convinient nearby, but you must be an expert in parking in limited spaces. |

The location of the hotel within sight of the Alcazar, Cathedral and Santa Cruz distric. The noise level from the street. The air-conditioning system which was controlled by the hotel - and sometimes never turned on. Opening the window meant street noise and no sleep. |
