Room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooftop spa/jacuzzi very relaxing. Good choice for breakfast Room at front of hotel could become noisy late at night. |

I loved the beautiful interiors of the main parts of the hotel, particularly the courtyard area. The free glass of sherry on arrival was a nice touch. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good location. |

extremely kind staff. relax all around, not only in services and comfort but also with regard to how the staff makes you feel. it may be the first time I have experienced so clearly that attitude of the staff is equally important as the best decoration or services. congratulations to such a good equilibrium! as usual in boutique hotels in mid of the city, there are no parking facilities inmediate, but soon you forget this little handycap, specially because the staff is extremely and relaxingly helpful to advise with parking. |

This is a small private hotel you will definitely like! It is located in an old nicely decorated house, typical for medieval Sevilla, and has a unique atmosphere (each room has its name - we stayed at "Dionisius", I guess). The hotel is very close to the downtown and shopping center, and there are a lot of good tapas-bars in the vicinity. The room was nice, although a bit old-fashioned for me (but my wife was delighted). Bathroom is very spacious and well designed. Staff was great, with surprisingly good English, and very very helpful. The only window went out to the gallery, and further on to patio, but this is very typical for old houses there, I guess. The breakfast was bleak and pale. One should be careful and always hang the "do not disturb" sign on a door, because staff has a habit of bringing letters from management during "siesta" hours. |

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Our room was very cold at first, most uncomfortable. After request for help it was fixed and was at a more suitable temperature.The wireless connection for internet in lobby was not always available. |

La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, la curiosità di un ambiente tutto dedicato all'antica Roma (senza eccessi), e della sovrapposizione tra ospitalità e gioielleria; la gradevolezza e pulizia dell'ambiente. La scarsa luminosità delle camere ed il loro relativamente scarso isolamento acustico rispetto all'esterno (della camera, non dell'hotel: dalla strada non arriva alcun rumore). |

l'armonia dell'insieme, dal punto di vista estetico l'attenzione ai particolari e a mantenere uno stile rigoroso ma romantico ed elegante. Il confort per l'ampiezza della stanza, del letto e la qualità degli arredi/materiali. Penso che la stanza che ci hanno dato fosse di livello superiore rispetto a quella prenototata (verificando sul sito). |

le charme, le confort et l'accueil en font un hotel très agréable, bien situé. Le temps était superbe, ns avons donc profité de son solarium surle toit et avons même pris des couleurs début novembre! très bonne destination à 2h de Paris. le seul bémol fut la chbre sur la rue : assez bruyante, pas de double vitrage, dommage pour un tel standing et des tarifs plutôt élevés. |

Hôtel très typique, très bien entretenu. Notre chambre était très jolie, donnant sur une rue. Sur le toit, une terrasse avec un jacuzzi ainsi que des transats, vraiment très agréable! A noter aussi, le personnel extrémement disponible! Un séjour très très sympa Si la chambre sur rue est très agréable, elle n'en n'est pas moins bruyante: à déconseiller les week-end car les espagnols vivent la nuit mais aussi sous votre fenêtre! |

El hotel por dentro era muy bonito y su decoración nos gustó mucho, con la posibilidad de adquirir piezas del mobiliario. Nos dio la impresión que el personal del servicio de limpieza de habitaciones presionaba para que abandonaras la habitación pronto. Además la habitación era muy pequeña para lo que se espera de un Hotel de esta categoría. |

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern, die teilweise sogar Deutsch sprechen Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlecht. Im Hotel gibt es keine Stellplätze und sogar das Ausladen von Gepäck ist sehr schwierig, da das Hotel in einer sehr schmalen Staße liegt, in der man den gesamten Verkehr blockiert, wenn man anhält. Der Bürgersteig ist gerade mal 30-40 cm breit. Man sollte also in dem Parkhaus um die Ecke parken (24,- Euro pro Tag!!!). Der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller untergebracht. Dies gefiehl uns nicht so gut. |

Pequeño, precioso y sumamente tranquilo. Habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas, baño amplio con bañera y cabina amplia de ducha, perfecto las dos opciones de almohadas. Idónea ubicación, retirada lo suficiente del barullo, pero carcana a pié del centro comercial e histórico Justísimo armario. |
