Perfekt beliggenhed midt i den gamle by - rolig gade, på rejsetidspunktet roligt på hotellet.god rengøring og venlig betjening. |

Ingen af de ovennævnte kategorier beskriver hotellet. Det er udelukkende et hotel, hvis fordel er den perfekte beliggenhed i det gamle kvarter i Sevilla og tæt på katedralen, Alcazar etc. Hvis indretningen tillod det, ville det være perfekt med en mindre patio, hvor gæsterne kunne nyde det efter en lang dag med sightseeing. Som Hotel Goya er nu, er det kun et overnatningssted og det er faktisk synd. |

Our room was super clean and neat, as was the bathroom. The hotel is very well maintained, was very quiet and the staff helpful. The common areas of stairs and halls are very attractive. The location is very convenient to restaurants and tourist sites----one can walk everywhere. The first room that we had (for two nights) with a regular double bed, was just too cramped for us--no place to sit except on the bed, which was pushed up against one wall in order to fit in the room. We asked for a bigger twin bed room for the next two nights and that room was just great. |

Location was wonderful. Staff (especially Frank) were helpful and friendly. Room small but bijou with a lovely littgel balcony allowing us a view of Seville street life. |

the hotel was centrally situated in the Santa Cruz region of the city which meant that restaurants and sights were very accessible. windows from our room opened into the entrance hall- there was no outside view. There was no safe in each room for personal belongings |

Liked location and helpful staff. They spoke English and were accommodating when I arrived before check in time. Airconditioning broke down and although I had told them in the morning nothing was done to fix it and in the evening when I got back to hotel it was too late to get a mechanic in so they came in with a fan and apologies. |

Cleaness of the room and the whole hotel; reasonable price; good location of the hotel in the historical centre of the city. Hard connection of the key of the room with the electricity switch on/off key. |

spotlessly clean, great location close to all major sites and facilities, very good value for its location I was not able to take my room key out and on one of my nights staying there came in at 01.00hrs to be told I was "last in" and got the strong impression I had kept someone out of bed would prefer not to be in this situation |

The location. It was right down the street from the Cathedral and the Alcazar palace with great tappas bars and restaurants right outside the door. It is a common issue in Southern Spain. The lack of a vent fan in the bathroom. Though it is a great way to really get to know your spouse and they you. There are no secrets in Spain! =0) |

location was very good. no street noise. comfy beds. No internet access via cable or wifi was available. We were advised that there was access in the public area but this did not work either. The problem seemed to be that a password was needed but this was not given to us. Staff did not seem to be interested in the problem although it was important to us and was very frustrating. |

Location is unbeatable as the hotel is very close to the top two sights in Serville and the restaurant and night scenes. The hotel room is very small (we booked a double) but sufficient for a short stay. WIFI was not working even in the public area as advertised on the website and told by the hotel front desk. We tried numerous times on our first and second day but never got it to work. I think the signal was too weak. Anyway, we found out later that Serville has hot spots in several major squares which offer free WIFI. |

This hotel is a little gem. It is ideally situated for sightseeing and there are wonderful tapas bars and eating places in the same street, The hotel itself is spotless, and our room was quite spacious with modern furniture and nice bathroom. It may only have one star, but I have stayed in lots of three star hotels which were inferior in presentation and quality of service. The only downside is the lack of breakfast although we didn't have far to walk to find nice places to eat. |
