Pent og stilig. Litt kronglete å finne fram. Bra fasiliteter og meget bra frokost. Gangavstand til de fleste severdigheter.

Meget sentralt beliggende nydelig hotell i gammelt palass i hjertet av Sevilla et stenkast fra viktigste severdigheter. Avslappet atmosfære med sentral patio med fontene, nydelig møblering, lekkert bugnende frokostbord og vennlig, hjelpsom betjening.

Takterrassen med utsikt til katedralen hadde litt slitte møbler, går ut fra at de blir renovert til sommersesongen. Vanskelig å finne veien til hotellet med bil pga labyrint med enveiskjørte gater, burde skaffet oss veiledning på forhånd, men praiet en drosje som viste oss veien.

The location was excellent for my purposes; centrally located but not on a high traffic street. Staff was very helpful. Beds comfortable.

The breakfast was expensive and there was a charge for ice.

Hotel had lots of character and rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Hotel was lacking in atmosphere and even the suite looked out onto a courtyard with a blank wall - no vie at all made it feel claustrophobic.

The staff were very helpful & breakfast in the courtyard was a very pleasant way to begin the day.

The underground car park for the hotel [valet parking] was not convenient if you needed to fetch anything from your car-it always involved getting the staff to go with you.

Helpfullness and attitude of hotel team

We were upgraded at no additional cost. The room was of a good size, well decorated and furnished, full of light and featured a south facing balcony.

Expensive breakfast and the loose menus and hotel guide in the room did not match up causing a little confusion. The staff could be more friendly or cheerful.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are a reasonable size. The location was good for sightseeing, being very close to the cathedral and the Alcazar, shopping and eating out.

Very difficult access by car and once the car is parked it is almost impossible to access anything that may have been left in it. Offhand reception staff.

On arrival we received a complimentary plate of fruit and chocolates as it was my Birthday. The sound of the cathedral bells and other church bells in the distance in the mornings. The cheerfulness and the friendliness of all the staff, especially listening to my non too competent Spanish! The high quality toiletries in the room. The quietness of the street it is in, but the closeness to the centre. The large comfortabale room and bathroom.

The TV channel changing was a bit slow!

The hotel was everything that the reviews said it would be and more. The room was fantastic. It was well located for the tourist attractions we wanted to see. Our stay was quiet, relaxing and romantic. Just the start we needed to our holiday.

The room safe didn't work properly even after it was "fixed" which was a nuisance and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but your reviews warned us of that and we made our own arrangements in advance.

Its a beautiful old style hotel with a courtyard and nice lobby area. My hotel room was a decent size.

I stayed in room 119. Has to be the worst room in the house. It is clear that at one time the unit suffered severe water damage. There are water spots and bare walls at certain points. Whomever did the restoration did a terrible job. They never scraped away the wet area and just put more plaster on it. It looks awful. Also, during my stay, i went out and came back at night to a room of flying insects and ants. I was afraid but stayed as the insects were on the second level.
