We had a sea view room on the 6th floor, which was amazing! Best sea view we have ever had. Breakfast was very comprehensive, a massive selection and you could eat on the terrace over looking the sea. The swimming pools were also lovely, towels at pool side,as you would expect with a hotel at this level. Bedroom was very comfortable, lovely chairs. The balcony was big with a small table and chairs. Food very expensive, the barbecue in the evening was nearly €100 for two people with just water and a sweet! The pools although nice, were starting to look tatty, with tiles coming away, not being fixed back, grouting was going black needed cleaning. We had heavy rain fall one day, and somehow the double-glazed windows in the corridor leaked water, and nothing was done about it. The games room was very poor, the darts board had just broken darts and you had to pay to pay to use it. Th snooker table, also was not being looked after and also had to pay. Generally felt that this kind of poor upkeep, was not what you expect from a five star hotel. The staff although ok were not giving the service you would expect at this level. |

Spacious room, clean and functional. "Bean bag" on the pool side to relax on. Discrete music background on the pool area. Not crowded or too many kids out of control Staff absent when needed. Lack of proper signage to orientate in a too big, maze like structure. Overpriced meals, 25 Euro not even at the Hilton NewYork. Dinner buffet for 47Euro. Poor quality BBQ (overcooked, sandy shrimps,limited choices) |

nice hotel, good size room, nice interior & location was quiet. The food was ridiculously over priced and not at a 5 star standard. We got 1 cold toasted sandwich & salad for €18! It was a taxi away from the town which cost around €10. |

Excellent luxury hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurants are excellent.Very relaxing experience. I visited twice this summer, and both times the room was not ready at 14:00, which is the guaranteed check-in time. Bar is a bit expensive. E.g. 10 EUR for a glass of sangria (from a bottle, with little fruit) |

Got an exceptional deal with Booking.com of €112 per night. This made if super value for a 5* hotel, great facilities including gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Super location, great sunbathing areas around the various pools. Would definitely go back. Very expensive restaurants and bars - no problem though - just went into town for all that. Shuttle service was actually a 5 seater car - few arguements amounst other wanna-be passengers. Just put your name down at the concierge desk. Alternatively, a 35ish minute walk into town. No big deal - good exercise if nothing else! Taxi back under €10. |

The bed was nice and large - the exterior swimming pools were well designed for adults and children. The interior pool and spa were nice and also useful for when it was overcast. The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly and helpful, but due to the excesssive charges for meals and room service, I would not be able to recommend it to others. Whilst the food was on the whole of very good quality, the cost of it was absolutely outrageous (hamburger over 20 euros, bowl of pasta 27 euros) - in particular I object to the charge of 10 euros to deliver it to the room - absolutely disgraceful prices!!! Also, the lack of a courtesy transportation to Barcelona airport was not helpful. |

Architectural splendour , beautifull ultra modern design , panoramic views, designer furnishings, lovely terrace for breakfast , fabulous outdoor pools , loungers etc , very clean , good breakfast Staff disinterested and very poor esp breakfast staff, very unhelpfull , abrupt and began noisily clearing away breakfast at 10.30. Eating options other than breakfast, bar food not great quality and resteraunt food very expensive |

Fantastic Hotel just 5 mins by taxi into Sitges,a luxury 5 star resort with superb staff. Food was super. cant wait to go back later in the summer. extremely helpful and professional beyond belief. The views from my poolside room were simply breath taking. I cant reccomend this place enough,ive stayed all over the world but loved Dolce Sitges. |

Everything was great...The room, the huge bed, all the spa facilities, the Jacuzi was great with a very good temperature, The hotel is fantastic from inside and outside, and the persons are very friendly. It was one of the best hotels i have ever gone!! (Also the breakfast was great) :-) It would be good, if you could make the check out later (after 12:00) maybe with an extra cost. All the others was great!!! |

Las camas son perfectas, y las habitaciones superiores muy amplias. Las amenidades de buena calidad. El lobby y el bar muy modernos con un ambiente musical refinado. Apreciamos el silencio de la zona, sin embargo esta alejado de la playa y del centro de la ciudad. Si vas en coche, es muy como moverse por la zona. El agua de la piscina cubierta del spa bastante fría, no pudimos estar mas de 5 minutos |

Es un hotel nuevo, con bastante diseño y la habitación era amplia y confortable, bien amueblada y decorada. Incómodo, para acceder a la habitación, había que pasar por tres pasillos, y se andaba bastante rato. |

Prestations excellentes avec entre autres une position idéale (éloignement relatif certes, calme et vue magnifique surtout), un confort remarquable et un petit déjeuner gargantuesque. Cet établissement ulta contemporain peut sembler aussi terriblement impersonnel. Attention aussi aussi aux couloirs qui n'en finissent plus. |

Le lit king size, le jacuzzi à la bonne température, la salle et le contenu du petit déjeuner... A l'arrivée, nombreux longs cheveux noirs au sol dans la salle de bain+miroir extensible sale=aucune réduction sur la note. Le prix des menus du restaurant très excessifs. L'accès au parking non direct aux étages=obligé de traverser toute la réception, le salon avec les bagages...bof |
