Hotellet lå veldig sentralt. Kort vei til butikker og restauranter/barer, ca 10 min å gå til togstasjonen og 10 meter til stranden. Hyggelig betjening, og deilig frokost som kunne inntas utendørs. Rommet var funksjonelt og rent, men ikke noe mer. Vi hadde rom på baksiden med "utsikt" rett inn i en boligblokk,og solen nådde aldri ned til vår balkong. Anbefaler å bestille i god tid og sikre seg et rom med balkong og nydelig sjøutsikt!(selvom det koster 30 euro ekstra) |

Super beliggenhet og en luftig takterasse. Flott hvis de renset svømmebassenget oftere. Så ikke det ble gjort på 10 dager. Etterfylling av små toalettartikler |

The Shower &breakfast My original booking was a room not facing the sea, when we came to the hotel the receptionist was very nice but she didn't know much about the hotel. We received a room which wasn't ready, the 2nd room. Was on top of the kitchen restaurant and you had a smell of fried fish. The distance between the next building is 3 meters so you didn't have any light, air or privacy. The hotel refuse to change the room with out extra charge, so we paid extra of 30 euros per day. We requested late check out. One receptionist told us the charge will be 30 euros we agreed.on the next day another receptionist requested 60 we argued with her and price went down to 30. This was my 4 trip to sitges and even in a 4star hotel the room & facilities are poor |

The location couldn't have been better. Negotiate with the front desk for a seaview room, it is definitely worth it! The non-seaview rooms in the back are above the smells of the kitchen and face people's apartment balconies. |

within easy walking distance to the beach and the centre No wireless connection in the room, it only worked in the lobby, soap dispenser was broken, the room with balcony faced directly onto a block of apartments, looking into peoples living rooms and washing outside and also where the staff accommodation is which was noisy in the evenings and mornings, and finally the curtains don't have a sun shield hence early mornings the sun streams into the room which is okay if you wnat to wake up very early! |

The location, the tile floors, cleanliness, nice big bathroom The tv channel selection, the service (no hot water for a day), the way our complaint was dealt with (only 18 euro discount), the fact that we were given back side view, when the booking.com orriginal reservation page stated a sea-view room |

The hotel is in a central position on the sea front, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. There is a small terrace on the roof with a plunge pool. The hotel is one of the better properties in Sitges, The beds are very uncomfortable, and the rooms can be dark at the back of the hotel or if you have an internal room |

Location excellent - walking distance to train station and directly opposite beach. Breakfast was included in price and excellent variety. Rooms were quite basic, but clean. Reception staff really helpful. Expected higher standard for the rate. Restaurant staff hopeless - they were watching the TV rather than serving customers...I ended up walking out after 15 mins of finding my own menu and waiting for someone to serve me!! Same at breakfast - no service. Pool is very small...but at least you can cool down in it. |

Their pool terrace is beautiful. Very relaxing Going via booking.com saved me 36 euros a night. Have previously gone direct to the hotel. |

The hotel is extremely well located, alongside the beach and close to the animated city centre. It is quiet with a nice view on the sea. The top floor has a nice swimming pool but unfortunately neither a shower nor toilets. The cleaning of the room during our stay was poor: done in about 5 minutes, very late in the afternoon (sometimes when we were already back from the beach!). The lady did not either brush or vacuum cleaned the floor, which remained full with sand... |

Across the street from the beach. Good covered parking.Close to lots of dining. The AC was off the entire time we were there with no evidence of repair attempts, The water controller on the budee came off spraying water ewverywhere. The bed was hard as a rock, like sleeping on a park bench. |

The location is superb as it's right opposite the beach and near to restaurants. The hotel was decent enough with clean rooms. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the room was on the small side. It was slightly on the pricey side and in my opinion it didn't rate as a 4 star perhaps a very good 3 star! |

very central location, good breakfast, polite and helpful staff with good english, good all round value. during our stay the pool was closed due the work being carried out, notification of this, prior to travelling, would has been good as we chose the hotel based on the fact it had a pool. |
