The staff were lovely and very helpful, the room was large, the book about Valentia in our room was fantastic, the beds very comfortable and everything combined to make our stay there very enjoyable. The price of the laundry services. |

it is very comfotable and easy to reach with a car it is not very near to the metro station but in any case it is not so important because public transports in valencia stop at 22.30 p.m. and so if you go out for dinner you must have a car or call for a taxi |

In a good location near the ciudad de las artes y las ciencias.you can find very easy parking outside from the hotel! They should clean it better!!!!!!!!!! |

Almost everything was great for the money with one big exception. The "business center" was ridiculous. The Internet at this hotel costs a little more than 1 euro per 3 minutes. On top of that the computer was too slow and old. It sounded like it was about to explode. It was a complete rip off. It was my first time in Valencia, and I did´t know where to find an Internet center in the city, so I just used the local service. I spent just as much money on my room as my Internet fees for less than 2 hours of using this basic service! |

Le petit déjeuner copieux, et très bien présenté. Rien à redire. Le cafard dans la chambre, et l'impossibilité de la réception de trouver de l'insecticide à 20h. |

El personal es simpatico. El desayuno es muy flojo por la categoría del hotel comparado con otras cadenas. No había nada salado y caliente, nada de yoghures, la varidad de panes y cereales era limitada. |

Zona con fácil aparcamiento Vimos una cucaracha muerta en el pasillo. Las camas tienen ruedas y no se quedan fijas, resulta un poco incómodo, en particular si te mueves mucho durmiendo. |

La atención del personal y la habitación amplia. Se puede ir al centro en autobus o en taxi (6€) y la ciudad de las artes esta cerca, en taxi 4€. La primera habitación que me dieron olia muy mal. Me la cambiaron por otra. |
