Hesperia Lucentum

Loistava espanjalainen buffet-aamiainen. Hyvä sijainti. Miellyttävä henkilökunta.

Jostain syystä kylpyhuoneesta ei tullut lainkaan kylmää vettä vaan se oli huomattavan lämmintä vaikka käänsi hanat äärilaidalle. Varsinkin aamulla aikaisin joutui käymään hyvin kuumassa suihkussa.

It was close to everything and also the airport

Excellent location, near a bus stop, taxi rank, tram station. 10 minutes by foot to the sea. Standart room clean and spacious enough. Staff is speaking english. Good value for money out of season.

Some eception staff had poor English, and were not good at helping maximise the pleasure of the stay, i felt like one of the staff was rude and unwilling to help with an issue when she gave us a twin bed room, despite early notice for a double bed when the room was booked. then when she changed the room to a double bed room, it was a tiny room! not good service! fortunately, another lady on the reception desk, susana was much more willing to help.

Room size was good with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was first class.

Because this hotel is clearly designed for the business traveller, it seems a bit cold and cheerless for the weekend or vacation visitor. The worst thing is that one simply cannot see out of the room windows - they are filthy and look as if they have never been cleaned. Such a pity ...!

good jacuzzi but water was cold, sauna was good,

small gym, no shampoo or shower gel, small double-bed, noisy location, never changed the only soap that was given

Its location, large bed, helpful staff, bathroom toiletries. Excellent value for money.

Nothing really, except I would have liked facilities in the room to make a drink. But should I stay here again I would bring my own kettle etc..

The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was superb - one of the best breakfasts we have had in a Spanish hotel! The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The room was quiet and well sound-proofed (something quite unusual in Spanish hotels). Great location for the airport bus.

Beautiful looking hotel - reception area was lovely. Reception lady who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful. On arriving at the room, we found we needed 2 extra pillows and they were brought up immediately. Hotel very central and within walking distance of shops, restaraunts and the habour.

No duvet on the bed, just 2 thin sheets which could feel cold at times. Room and bathroom temperature were almost too warm and had to open window to let air in but this allowed in the noise from the streets - it was the weekend before Christmas and people were celebrating, laughing loudly and screeming etc in the street below, which was a bit disturbing. Would have been nice to have had complimentary tea/coffee making facilities.
