The location was excellent for this hotel, it was right in the centre and easily accessible by foot or by car The room was very small for a deluxe room and we did not have a bath which was advertised on the site. It was actually very disappointing regarding the room size. The bathroom area was outside and there was no where to put the tolietries which was a pain |

Good location. Interresting room interior. Exterior jacuzzy on the roof. I think it is good 4 stars hotel. Not 5 stars. 5 stars level you see in details. Here hotel stuff is friendly, but they forget to call taxi for us in the morning, Couple times forget to clean the garbage busket. Interresting bathroom design, but not very convinient - no place for towels, bath gel, soap ets. |

Had a special reservation with a bottle of cava and stawberies to be offered. Never got them even after tellin 3 diferrent recepionist during my 3 days stay |

THe hotel is very nicely design. the room is very spacious. I really liked the sun terrace with a jaccuzi. I liked the doors for the wc and the bathroom in the room. Overall I liked the hotel. I may return. The staff service does not match the impression given from the hotel website. I would expect a more welcome atmosphere, better service but i was dissapointed. I was in the breakfast room, no one greets me when i walked it. I took my food and sat down, no one gave me the knife and fork, no one asked me if i would like a cup of coffee or tea, when I asked for my own coffee, i had to find my own sugar, than the lady put the sugar pot on my table, than is too late. |

Nice and trendy appearance! The room is actually bathroom and bedroom at the same time. Since one cannot open the windows, it's often humid. Also very difficult to store towels and other bathroom items due to very minimalistic design! |

Stayed there fot a second time, so we liked it. Great location, a sophisticated luxury design hotel with an air of exclusivity; good prices! The bathroom/shower etc facilities can be a source of major discomfort; a case of style over substance; but, actually,this hotel is about style, after all! |

A fantastic hotel with very good service and exceptionally friendly staff, not to forget our extremely helpful Polish receptionist who did all to assist us in getting back our lost baggage~. Thank you so much, Sir.A graqnd hotel, peaceful at night in the centre of all the bustle of night life. |

Very well located and staff was very attentive. This is by far the smallest room I have ever been to in a 5-star hotel. Apparently, the size of the rooms vary by floor (for the same price), and all the room in the 6th floor are very small. Definitely was not worth the money. |

The staff very plesant, the location was excellent, and the terrace garden was very nice to relax in.The breakfast was reasonable for Barcelona.The same thing about the layout of the bedroom it is hard to live with but OK for a short break. |

Excellent and accommodating staff. Very clean, great location, rooms have excellent decor and the beds are amazing. Had the suite for 2 nights, and although a little bit pricey, the terrace itself is worth the money. Everything was great! |

Very nice design, Good location, Big & clean room, nice little jacuzzi at the roof terrace, Nice & helpfully lady at the main door. Overall a nice hotel! The service at the hotel bar wasn´t very friendly. The handdle of the shower in our room was a bit broken. |

The hotel was absolutely central, ideal for shopping and very close to metro and railway; the design of the hotel was superbe Despite an excellent design, the bathroom is not practical at all: eg. we did not even know where to put the soap. There is no place at all to place your toothbrush, a toilet bag or even a small soap. The hotel only offers shower gel as toileteries, no lotion, no shampoo - bathrobes have to be ordered... - not the standard of a five star. |

the hotel is very fancy - modern architecture, interesting rooms, fabulous location, nice rooftop jacuzzi, beautiful suite 1. Maintainence is poor - many things like lights,fittings etc are broken and take forever to fix. 2. Beware of the rooms on the 6th floor, they are smaller than even cruise ship rooms. Make sure that while booking you specificly request rooms on other floors. 3. Too many communication problems among the hotel staff. |

We were lucky to get a room with huge windows. Room was very fashionably done but very impractical. Location is great, the roof top Jacuzzi is most enjoyable. The Staff is terrible. Whatever happened to the concept " Service with a Smile" The Receptioninst had a constant frown which would be even the tax collector reluctant to approach her. My booking was made a month in advance, yet on arrival, she wanted us to stay at a different property near the Marina. (We were a group of 9 persons, all having booked 28 hotel rooms in totality here. Only after insisting that we have to stay together, and that she does have availability as per the interent, did she finally give us a room.!! Who blames email / system error for bookings. Hotel is great, but the reception staff is terrbile. |

The hotel location was outstanding. I like my room, which was spacious and well planned, much like what the photographs depicted. However, another couple from our party, who was on the 6th floor recd a very, very tiny room, which wouldn't even qualify as a single room in Tokyo. The 5th floor open air Jaccuzi was a nice touch. Service was nonexistent. The single point contact for everything was the reception, and the receptionist was always overworked. In most cases, she didn't even answer the phone. When I asked for a bathrobe (there was a sign in the room asking patrons to call the front desk in case the required one), they said none were available. Also, we had trouble getting ice. The bedside light collapsed and fell on the head of a person from our party in room 201. Minor leakages were not fixed despite complaints for the 3 nights we were there. Our safe didn't work for the entire duration despite several complaints. Some rooms are alsolutely tiny and dingy and one has to be lucky to get big rooms. The gym was small with one multistation (which again was out of order for our entire stay), a treadmill and a cross trainer. The front desk was not able to recommend restaurants, clubs, shops, transportation, etc due to lack of information. The facilities and service relegate this hotel to 3* at best. |
