Hotelli vastasi odotuksia. Huoneet olisivat voineet olla hieman viihtyisämpiä, varsinkin ne jotka eivät ole meren puolella. Aamiainen oli hyvää eurooppalaista tasoa. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja henkilökunta kielitaitoista. Sivukadun meleli häritsi jonkin verran jos huone oli sillä puolen. Viihtyisät ja isot kylpyhuoneet. Kattoterassi viihtyisä varsinkin kesälää. Allas melko pieni. Nettiyhteydet pitäisi tämän tason hotellissa olla langattomat ja sisältyä huoneen hintaan. |

Erittäin rauhallinen tunnelma. Sijainti erinomainen. Hyvä palvelu. Toivoimme merimaisemaa, jouduimme ns. sisäpihalle päin, josta kuului jonkin verran melua illalla/yöllä. |

Everything was good. We stayed for six nights. Excellent breakfast, much better than average. Our kids liked it. Free use of internet. Complimentary newspapers. We did not have dinner. |

The location was fabulous - directly across from the Pier and within walking distance to the Aquarium. We were a family of 5 and the room was very well appointed, with plenty of room for everyone with comfortable beds. Breakfast was a nice buffet with plenty of selection and good service. It was a great place to stay for the night before a cruise with 3 children - - - the staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The only issue was that there was some sort of street confrontation at 1:00 in the morning that could be heard very clearly in the room on the 3rd floor. But other than some young folks fighting I could not hear any other noise. |

size,location,service. this is not your typical large business hotel. after checking in the beautiful fruit plate and water that was delivered to our rooms was really appreciated and enjoyed. the rooftop terrace was stunning and severed a nice selection of food which i wish we had known. the rooms were very comfortable and nicely furnished. we stayed on both sides of the hotel and did not find either to be noisey. we loved the terrace the restaurant was not open on sunday which was surprising, we had an early flight and did not want to go out. we paid over 100e more on the saturday booking than on the sunday booking a week later. hard to book connecting rooms on the site. first week book a suite which was one room with pull out sofa, a very nice room with two nice bathrooms but thought it was two rooms. the second booking after talking with the reception desk we decided to get 2 rooms that had a private lockable entrance door which was 100e less |

The location, the helpful staff, general atmosphere was very good. Suggestion to improve the appeal of the hotel. Were not aware of the music on the terrace in the evening which was very good (missed the sign in reception), suggest each room should have a small display. Improve height of chairs on terrace by 100mm so all can see the wonderful view of the harbour, suggest maybe very thick cushiions. |
