Aamiaisbuffet oli erittäin monipuolinen, mutta kahvi aamiaisella oli pettymys. Hotellilta oli helppo kävellä metroasemalle (kahden eri linjan asemat lähellä), n. 5-10 min. Hotellin henkilökunnassa ei ollut valittamista, he olivat hyvin ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Hotellihuoneen parisänky oli todella kova. Jokainen yö tuli nukuttua melko huonosti, kun paikat olivat puuduksissa sängyn kovuuden vuoksi. |

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, jo vastaanotettaessa saimme hyvän perusopastuksen kaupunkiin ja kartan koordinaatteineen. Hotelli oli siisti ja toimiva. Rauhallinen sijainti. Se oli ehkä odotettua kauempana keskustasta, kuitenkin lyhyen metromatkan päässä. |

Henkilökunta, moderni yleisilme ja rauhallinen sijainti. Ikävä kyllä alunperin varaamaamme huonetyyppiä ei ollut ensimmäiseksi yöksi vapaana, vaan saimme hieman kolkon tuntuisen liikuntarajoitteisille tarkoitetun huoneen. Kaikesta huolimatta siisti ja kiva hotelli kaupunkilomalaiselle. |

Erinomainen sijainti, rauhallisuus, huoneen ilmanvaihdon ja lämpötilan pystyi säätämään, tilava kylpyhuone, hyvät kaappi- ja pöytätilat. Huoneemme ikkuna avautui sisäkuiluun. Ei ollut mahdollisuutta tarkistaa säätä ikkunasta tai katsella kaupunkimaisemia. |

We arrived very early and were very kindly allowed to check-in to our room for shower and sleep after trip. Was much appreciated ! I have stayed here twice now, it is a lovely hotel. 20 mins walk to Sagrada Familia and 30 mins to Las Ramblas. |

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.Only 2 blocks from the station for the buses to and from gerona airport.It was clean.Rooms cleaned every day.Not too far from the arc de triomph metro stop which is great to travel around on during the day.Free water is a good idea.Air conditioning is very good. The cleaning staff are very noisy in the mornings in the corridors which is not good if you want to sleep.There is no tea/coffee making facility in the rooms.Do not avail of the taxis in barcelona,they rip off tourists. |

the hotel was new, rooms were relatively big, location was not bad but not exactly what was written on their webpage. To get to Passeo de Gracia it was good 10 minutes walk that's why I only gave fair for location. rooms were a bit noisy, especially in the mornings we could perfectly hear the cleaning staff. The fitness room was very small and jacuzzi was not working at all. Moreover, there was no swimming pool as it was somewhere written |

Suitable location near national coaches terminal and subway station. Nice contemporary and comfortable room. We didn't get breakfast because Barcelona was foul of tasty surprises that cost us much more less than it. |

Hotel was relatively clean and comfortable. Hotel entrance is quite impressive. Some nice neighbourhood cafes and tapas bars. Location was not as convenient as I expected. I thought it was closer to the metro than it was. We had a room which faced into an inner courtyard. I find the lack of natural light disturbs my sleep patterns. |

The night hotel clerk was absolutely amazing. He suggested some things for us to do in the evening, which all turned out fantastic. He was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I found the bed quite hard, but then I have a bad back. It would be helpful if the hotel offered foamys for the bed (or had beds with pillowtop mattresses). |
