Sijainti lähellä keskustaa, ei kuitenkaan häiritsevää kaupunkimelua yöaikaan, paitsi metro. Siisti melko moderni hotelli. Aamiaiisen sai syödä rauhassa ja kaikkea oli aina tarjolla. |

Erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka puhui hyvin englantia. Huoneet siistit ja siivottiin joka päivä. Sijainti hyvä: tarpeeksi, muttei liian lähellä keskustaa. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Suosittelen! |

Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, joka puhui englantia. Siistit ja uudet huoneet. Erittäin hyvä hinta/laatusuhde! Huone olisi saanut olla hieman suurempi ja sänky pehmeämpi! |

Hotelli on siisti, kalusteet suhteellisen tasokkaita ja lattiat ovat parkettia. Buffetaamiainen on monipuolinen. Huoneissa on hyvä äänieristys - katumelu ei yöllä häiritse. Sängyt ovat liian kovat, mikä on hotelleissa yleistä. |

Erinomaisen ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta, joka osasi opastaa laajemminkin Barcelonaan tutustuvaa turistia. Huoneiden hyvästä äänieristyksestä johtuen katumelu ei häirinnyt yöunia. Sijainti oli ihanteellinen, joten monet tutustumiskohteet olivat kävelyetäisyydellä. Ainakin meidän huoneemme vuoteet olivat liian kovia. |

It was very central, close to the metro station and buses, close to Las Ramblas and the Old town, and it had modern design The rooms were very small |

Location, gentleman at recepion was very helpful when we planned our trip to Montserrat There is no shelf for soap in the bathroom, everytime you have to keep it in the hand or place on the floor (staff advised that all their hotels are not equipped with it), room a/c did not work during 4 days(we kept window wide open all nights, however from outside was a food smell & noise from outdoor ventilators), no a/c and bad smell in bathroom |

the hotel location is good and staff are friendly ,facility not good at all, the bed are too small and short, my girlfriend is tall and bed was very short for her, not design for western. no hot water at all to have shower and no heating at room. we asked they said we work on it , we know that the season start gets cold but for the hotel its just saving electricity, |

Not have a good feeling No drinking water or water kettle provided. Soundproof is poor and there is a lot of noise getting into the room and it is annoying. Poor response in case of maintenance problem and the only word can be heard is 'sorry' and it don't help to solve the problem |

Staff was excellent and hotel was clean Our room was so tiny and the only window opened into an elevator shaft. That size room should have been at 80% of the price we paid. Location was excellent, however. |

some of the rooms was terrible because there was juste indoor windows so you could not get fresh air we changed room to one whith an outside window and it was a good room. So the problem whith this hotel is that some rooms i would rate as value 1 and other is a 9. |

My husband and I were very impressed with the excellent manner which we were dealt with the the staff on the reception and by the young lady in charge of making sure that all food on the breakfast bar was replenished. They all did an excellent job., |

We were only there for 24 hours, but found everthing in the Hotel to be very pleasurable. Our room was very clean, and we had no complaints. We found no problems with the Hotel or our room - very comfortable |

it's clean, it's near Rambla, for the price I payed (200 evro for 3 nights for two persons) it's very good but this is not luxury, it's appropriate for people who want to see the city and they just sleep in the hotel... |

Yes, it is quite close to Plaza Catalunya and Rambla. Therefore, it is ideal place to stay for walking around, even at night. Problems with WiFi, which did not work as it should. I have to connect up to 5 times before it even starts to work; poor signal,.... |
