Hyvä sijainti ja kulkuyhteydet. Miellyttävä ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Palvelu erinomaista. Aamiainen runsas ja herkullinen. Rauhallinen huone. Kattoterassilta upeat näköalat. Kattoterassilla hyvä baari, jaguzzi ja oleskelutilat. Lyhyt matka tursistibussiin, Ramblaan, Picasso-museoon ym. Kaikki kävelymatkaetäisyydellä. Tapas paikkoja vieressä. Kaikki erinomaista.

Erittäin palvelualtis ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Matkustimme reilun vuoden ikäisen lapsen kanssa, ja hotellissa saimme erinomaista palvelua. Pieni lapsi huomioitiin erittäin hyvin. Henkilökunta todella teki kaikkensa meidän viihtyvyyden eteen.

Sängyt ovat kovat. Useamma yön jälkeen tietää nukkuneensa kovalla patjalla.Asuimme 2-kerroksessa, ikkunat sivukujalle. Liikenteen melu kuuluin välillä huoneeseen häiritsevästi. Tosin tämän välttäminen olisi aika vaikeaa tällä hotellin sijainnilla.

The staff were exceptionally helpfull and friendly. Hotel was very clean and central. Breakfast excellent too!

Yes it did not havea proper restaurant to dine in, only food in the evenings was served in the bar/reception area, which was slightly disappointing .

Staff were very courteous, and spoke perfect English. Hotel is really well located. The rooms are very quiet and very well furnished, and the buffet breakfast is excellent. Also, the free glass of Cava on arrival is a very nice touch!

My room was very small, although everything that I needed was in it. Also, although I was only in the hotel for 1 night, I imagine the room would be very dark during the day as the only window looked onto a very small internal courtyard. However, having said that, the alternative would have been to have a street-facing room, which would have been much, much noisier. Also, having wheels on the bed was a bit strange, as the bed tended to roll away from the headboard whenever I sat on it! *But all of these things are very minor. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel.

Superb location in the heart of Barcelona, busy main road so request a room off the main road, rooms are adequate maybe a bit on the small side but what you would expect in a City hotel. Staff very good and helpful.

The location. It is central to all of the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast provided was well stocked with an excellent variety of food and drink

It was close to everything I wanted to see.

The bed was hard and it was on wheels so it moved around the floor when leaning back on the headboard to watch tv

Hotel was overbooked for the first night of my three night stay and I was moved to another hotel in an area of Barcelona I did not want to be in. Hotel staff also lied by telling me my room was not available because of electrical fault, when I arrived at second hotel they told me I had been moved for one night due to overbooking. Not good enough when I made my booking in Jan. this year ! Moving for one night of a three night stay is far from satisfactory.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was very centrally located and it is a modern hotel

The hotel had a great location outside underground and on the tourist bus route, I was wooried that it would be noisey but in our room on the 5th floor you could hardly hear any noise. THe rooftop terrace has brilliant views of the cityand it was a great to use the jaquzzi ! Overall the hotel was great value for money and great location.

The rooms were on the small side, but we didnt spend much time in the room as there is so much to do and see in Barcelona.
