Hotellissa oli todella erinomainen aamiainen. Paljon vaihtoehtoja, siisteys ja palvelu pelasi moitteettomasti. Huoneemme ei ollut sama huone, mikä oli kuvissa booking.com:ssa varatessamme huoneen.Näimme kyllä avonaisista ovista näitäkin huoneita.Meidän huoneemme oli aivan luokattoman pieni kahdelle henkilölle matkatavaroineen.Ei ollut säilytystilaa vaatteille eikä matkatavaroille,joten säilytimme pienessä kapeassa kylpyhuoneessa 3 isoa matkalaukkua, että edes jotenkin sopi kulkemaan huoneessa. Hotellissa oli todella hyvä aamiainen sekä henkilökunta aamiaissalissa!!!. Vastaanoton henkilökunta ei ollut yhtä ystävällistä. |

Henkilökunta, hotellin palvelut erityisesti aamiainen ja palvelu yleensä Tekniikka puoli olisi saanut olla parempi, varmempi WiFi ja isompi tv yhdenhengen huoneessa. |

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Kylläpä oli pieni huone! Ja wc/suihkutilan eristäminen huonetilasta lasiseinällä ja -ovella aika erikoinen ratkaisu! Ei olisi asuminen onnistunut vieraan henkilön kanssa. |

Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä asiallisia ja kielitaitoisia.Sijainti on loistava.Mutta aamiainen ansaitsee erikoismaininnan paras koskaan missään. |

I liked the location, being near the Metro and easy access to shopping. It was kind of noisy in my room - it was near the elevator and the area that the housekeeping staff congregated in. Also, trying to get a drink in the hotel bar was difficult as the bartender kept disappearing. |

Hotel staff was very helpful.The breakfast was excellent.Location is pretty good-near the main square Catalunya where all bus tours, aeroport shuttles, metro stations are going from. The first night we`ve recieved the room which size was unapplicable.It was like dog` s house. Small even for 1 person We even don`t have space to place our luggage.We complaained about this to the staff and next time (in a week we stayed again in the same hotel) we got a very large and convinient room 807. |

Rooms were clean. Checkin was slow. Had booked a romantic break which was advertised as buffet/meal in afternoon. We got a glass of sparkling wine and there was a bowl of peanuts sitting. Plug in room was faulty. We had to order 2 extra pillows at reception twice. Handle broken on patio door and in particular i has asked for a large room when i booked the accommadation ane disappointed with what we got. |

Staff very friendly and informative,exellent choice on the breakfast buffet,room cleaned & tidied daily,fantastic power shower in our room. The room was very compact and I found the bed not as comfortable as I would have liked. |

The Hotel was bright and the room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Barcelona, and we had a balcony. We availed of the package that included breakfast and dinner and were delighted we did so. Both meals were excellent excellent. It would not be possible to find fault with this hotel and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. |

Location is good and hotel is very clean Not a 4 star hotel by any means, for a double bed we got 2 single beds pushed together, hotel bar was never open and shower is in bath, water was cold and bath was very slippy. Room was tiny not worth the money. |

Very clean and well maintained rooms. Room was good size and of modern decor. liked the offer of champagne on arrival and the complimentary fruit platter and water was a nice touch. Very central location and easy to find from airport bus drop off point. My room was facing road and very noisy.Also had to deal with sound and vibration of metro running under building until about 1am each morning. |

Fantastic location, the room was lovely and the breakfast quality and choice was excellent. The roof terrace was also a treat. |
