Hieman rauhallisempi sijainti keskustan ulkopuolella mutta kuitenkin tarpeeksi lähellä kaikkea. Ympäristöä pääsi tutkailemaan kätevästi kävellen (mm. Camp Nou n. 20 min) ja yleiset kulkuneuvot (metro, bussi, juna) olivat myös lähellä. Mahtava aamiainen. Vastaanotossa opastettiin hyvällä englannilla.

The hotels staff is very polite, very convinient location, close to underground and railway station and some of the tourist attractions, very reasonable price which includes good breakfast as well.

Superior double room is actually not that superior. I wonder what the standard room looks like. My room was very small with dirty walls and ceiling. Twin beds not double. AC doesn't work, when its on it actually pushes hot air. The staff confirmed the problem but did nothing to resolve it. The hotel situated in a very busy area with a constant street noise. Closed window didn't help. On the checkout they wanted to bill me for some items from the minibar which I didnt use at all. Happilly they didnt insist when I told that there is some mistake. Overall - the hotel is ok, but not 4 stars.

Design rooms (make sure to ask for a renovated room) and nice terrace & lobby, cava and water at the reception, very close to metro and train station (5min walk).

Good position close to Sants train station and not far from Camp Nou. Valuable tourist information given by personel.

No water in the mini-bar. Cleaners woke me up in the morning. More attention should be given to staff.

The breakfast was excellent.

Very nice and clean rooms. Located at few 100 meters of Saints train station so easy connection to metro and train to the airport.

If you plan to go out late in the old town, you'll need to take a taxi back cause bus connection is not great

Near to metro & train, only 5' on foot. Breakfast. Most of the staff are kind and they speak english.

CLEANNESS(The cleaning was too poor!When we arrived we found many hair everywhere on the floor and they stayed there until the last day,although we stayed 7 days!!They didn't change the sheets and the towels...we had to throw them on the floor in order to it),WIFI(We stayed on the last floor and there was not at all wifi access!! We complained in the receprtion and they gave us a cable for the internet after 3 days!Until then we had asked for it many times),AIR CONDITIONING(The last 4 days we had no air condition!We complained at the reception, but nothing was done to fix it and they didn't give us any explain).Genarally the services and the comforts was too poor & expensive.We paid for a superior room & a 4 stars hotel but it wasn'T...

Good service for a reasonable price - the rooms were nice and breakfast was good.

The beds are a bit too short for tall people.

It was very well situated, close to a metro stop, supermarket, pharmacy and other amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was extremely clean throughout.
