Respan henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavaa, auttavaista, kielitaitoista. Kahvia, vettä ja omenoita oli lähes aina tarjolla. Oleskelutilat olivat viihtyisät ja huone tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Ulkoa ei kuulunut ääniä, vain jonkun asukkaan huutelua. Aamupala oli melko laaja-alainen vaikkakin kovin saman sorttinen aina.

Pidimme hotellista erittäin paljon. Toki esim. kokovartalopeili olisi ollut kiva. Wc:n ja huoneen valaistuskaan ei ollut tarvittavan hyvä ja WC-paperista oli ajoittain puutetta. Aamupalalla olisi saanut olla muitakin vihanneksia kuin tomaatteja. Suihku toimi niinkuin se itse halusi, mutta emme vaivautuneet valittamaan siitä. Nämä ovat kuitenkin hyvin pikku puutteita todella miellyttävässä ja tyylikkäässä paikassa.

Location location location- this is one of the best places for hotels in BCN especially if you have no much time and want to see the main city items. hotel is beautiful just like in the website pictures.

This hotel is ideally placed for las Ramblas, and convenient for all sightseeing tours.

Very clean and fresh, fantastic shower, enjoyed the free fruit and water.

The friendly and helpfull staff, safe environment as two females travelling alone. Made to feel important.

There was no milk available for coffee and no selection of fruit as promised.

We loved the location. We walked everywhere from there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffett breakfast was very good. We would recommend this hotel. We really appreciated having access to the internet, As I write this email we are in the hotel again at the end of our cruise.

I would prefer to have a wash cloth in my room. I found hand towels in the public restrooms that were very good for that so we used those.

Central location meant you could get to any part of the city. Male receptionists were friendly, helpful and courteous throughout. A funky interior, kept very clean. Good breakfast.

Female receptionists were rude, unhelpful, inattentive and argumentative. The hotel was very open plan, no floor coverings which meant it was noisy all the time. Barking dogs from houses at the back woke us most mornings. We kept having to ask for the free water and fruit to be topped up everyday.

The hotel is excellent for what we were looking for in BCN. Close to Ramplas, Barceloneta & Gotico. The staff was very helpful and ready to help us in any case. The complementary coffee, tea, water & fruits for all the guests were more than welcome and you can understand that the hotel respects the price you are paying (in our case 85E no brkfst) for the room. The position was for my opinion very good because we had 2 metro stations in a 2-4 minutes walking distance and we were also close to Bar. Gotico where we spend a lot of time strolling among the narrow streets. Also the free Internet (through the 2 PC's and 1 printer at the lounge) + the wireless option, for my opinion are rises my rate for the hotel. The back yard is also a plus.

A full body mirror in the room would be good.

The hotel is very tastefully decorated & the rooms are comfortable & clean, the street outside is busy but we had a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet at night, the staff are very helpful & I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a central location.

For the price, I would have thought that it should have included breakfast. as it wasn't the cheapest hotel.
