Siisti, ystävällinen palvelu, rauhallinen ympäristö, lähellä metroasemaa. Kylpylä pitäisi sisältyä hintaan, hinnoittelu per pvä. Kukaan ei ole varmaaan tuntia kauenpaa. Ei erillistä pukeutumistilaa miehille ja naisille. Minibaari sisälsi vain vettä ja limsaa. Kahvin, teen keittomahdollisuutta en huomannut. |

Hotelli oli hyvin siisti ja sijaitsi rauhallisella alueella. henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja osasi englantia hyvin. Äänieristys oli huono huoneiden välillä. |

friendly staff would not recommend staying in winter as there is either heating or airconditioning for whole hotel.Heating was on rooms unbearable hot and located next to all night disco. |

I liked the interiør, it was very nice. The restaurant and bar was very good. The breakfast was good and I got espresso twice since I asked for it. That was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for single room when I arrived, the answer was that the hotel did not have single rooms. The room I had chosen on the internet was double and I found it very hot and impossible to use. I asked the staff at the reseption if it was not possible to do anything about it. It was not and she suggested I could have another room. This one was great but it was a single room! Hotel satff should not tell lies I thing. I asked for redused prize, but I could not have it. A professional and a more customer friendly hotel would have given me that. I travel often to Barcelona because of conferences there. |

Very clean rooms. The staff were very polite & helpful. No kettle or tea making fascilities available in the room. there was an option to have one for the room but at extra charge. |

Lovely breakfast and hotel staff could not have been anymore helpful. Loved the funky interior too! Was very disappointed that guests were expected to pay Euro 8 to use the swimming pool steamroom etc. When we did, the pool was tiny, think the photos on the website were misleading as to its size! |

Room (layout, outfit), good bed, clean, location (close to many things, except for the disco on Saturday quite), supebreakfast, outlook hotel in general, English speaking staff (although not required for myself). As mentioned by others before: the disco(s) on Saturday night - Sunday morning made sleeping a problem. However, this is not a failure of the hotel. |

Pleasant and helpful staff, all areas were very clean. The price of drink in the bar was very reasonable When we arrived back to the hotel after seeing some of the sights I was pleasantly surprised as a member of staff called to my room with a bottle of wine for my birthday- they only way they would have know this, would have been from viewing my passport We ate that night in the hotel and the food was delicious, we were very impressed. |

Courteous polite staff. Area quite derelict, surrounded by garages and closed buildings. Short walk to metro, but I personally did not feel it was safe to walk about in the evening by myself (solo female business traveller). Extra charge for safe and no kettle in room. |

The hotel is conveniently located near the Bogatell metro station, which means that if you are into clubbing, there are plenty around. Razzmatazz is just around the corner. Still, the area is very dead during daytime and looks somewhat rundown, but the city center is easily accessible. For a 4-star hotel the rooms were very basic and small and I assume for the same price one can easily find something more personal in a more central location if one so desires. |

This hotel was stunning. The room I satyed in was a little bit small but there was only two of us so we had plenty of space. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The hotel was not very central but I was able to walk to the beach and be there within 10 minutes. it was excellent value for money |

The hotel is relatively close to the centre, the staff is excellent and rooms are nice and clean. They were supposed to have wireless internet in all rooms, but this was not the case. We believed that it was the case only in our room, but when we changed it, there was no signal in the other one either. |
