Henkilökunta auttoi löytämään mukavia ravintoloita ja alueita. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä esim. turistibussi menee ihan nurkalta ja ostoskeskus on tien toisella puolella. Rakennustyömaan ja liikenteen melu kantautui huoneeseen selvästi. Sähkötoimiset pimennysverhot pitivät kovaa ääntä - kuului naapurista saakka.Huonekalut hieman kuluneita eikä siivous ihan suomalaista standardia eli vähän pölyistä ja kylppärin katossa hometta. |

Huone oli todella tyylikäs ja viihtyisä ja näkymät ikkunoista mahtavat. Myös kattoterassi ja uima-allas olivat loistava kokemus. Kulkuyhteydet hotellista eri suuntiin olivat hyvät. Vessan lattia lainehti vettä joka suihkun jälkeen ja kuivui hitaasti |

Hotellissa vallitsi ystävällinen ja palveluhaluinen ilmapiiri. Kaikki oli hyvin siistiä, huoneemme oli ihana! Kattoterassilla oli ihanaa ottaa aurinkoa ja rentoutua hyvän musiikin soidessa. Kattoterassilla voisi olla enemmän aurinkotuoleja |

breakfast was unreasonably expensive not even tea/coffee facilities - given the room price and the standard of the hotel these should have been included as a bare minimum. shower dripped constantly - stains on bathroom ceiling. |

This hotel provides value for the price we paid. It is conveniently located and about 2 blocks from a metro station. There is a shopping mall directly across the street from the hotel which has a supermarket that is a plus. Good Spanish coffee can be found at a lower level cafe. Too many smokers and second hand smoke is a problem in the hotel. But that is a problem in Europe overall. Also, the glass for the shower can be a foot longer so that water will not get on the floor while one showers. |

I liked the hotel's design , the people at the reception helped me in everything i want , the bed was awesome , the view was cool , the metro was 2 min walking , there is free wifi in the cafe, lobby, restaurant all you have to do is ask for a code from the reception for the internet . At our room there was also free internet but with cable.The elevator was fast ( useless info i know) , and the 2 super designed stairs at the lobby are amazingly comfortable. I was drinking my beer and talking to the guy that was working in the bar and he was trying to answer to every question with a smile. And finally there was a beautifull receptionict girl when i went to checked out and from her colours i think she could be Portuguese or Argentinian. Well they could play at night at the bar some US acoustic,alternative rock wich i like and also they could have a nice stand with info flyers about concerts tours and good places to go |

It has been a great stay.The hotel was wonderful.The metro station is 200m from the hotel (Station:Glories). The staff was really friendly and speaking english.The room was cleaned every day.If you can, select a room in a high floor in order to enjoy the view.Although there was some stains in the furniture and a few damages in the room and I cannot say that this was dissapointing. I recommend this hotel because of its location and the beautiful view from the room. |

Just being able to relax.Staff always had an answer to a query.Realaxed feel to the place. Cost of drinks in the bar.Location to the underground.Haed to get a taxi on last day. |

Modern design that creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Room was very spacious with a big bed and maybe the best mattress I have slept on. Everything was giving the impression that was made with high quality material. Small details that spoiled the potentially excellent image. Staff, while not bad, was not particularly helpful or polite. Internet was not working the first day and there was noone available in the afternoon to help. Next day it was so slow that was unusable even for mail. For a hotel located in a business centre I would expect to have a kettle and some coffee, but this was not the case and it was impossible to have a coffee in my room for some early morning work. |

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and it was a short 5min walk to Glories Metro station which is 4 stops from the most poplular tourist area. Overall it was good value for a hotel not located directly in the tourist area. |

There's a huge mall called Glories right across the street.Close to La sagra da familia and the new convention center. You can park your bike in front of the Breakfast is quite expensive. The hotel is pretty far from Port Vell, Barceloneta and Marina. The best way of transport to those attractions is a scooter. Rent one and mix with local people. |
