Location! Sijainti oli erinomainen. The Hotel is rather old and therefor not in the best shape, the room was full of spots and loose wireing. The bed was lousy. For a four star hotel I expect more! Hotelli on vanha, kulunut ja huone oli suhteellisen likainen (täynnä läisikiä ja irtonaisia sähkö piuhoja). Huono sänky. Odotan enemmän neljän tähden hotellilta. |

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä kaikkea. Huone oli pieni mutta siisti. Ilmainen wlan oli mukava lisä ja itse asiassa yksi keskeinen syy hotellin valinnalle hinnan ja sijainnin lisäksi. Aamupala oli varsin kallis. Hotellin baarimikkoa ei hirveästi kiinnostanut tarjoilla baariin osuneelle asiakkaalle ja niinpä pienen odottelun jälkeen läksinkin muualle. |

Hotellin ovipoikien auttavaisuus ja ystävällisyys Hotelli 4 tähden hotelli.Yksin asuvana sain pienen huoneen, jossa ikkunasta näkyvyys kuilumainen neliö,vain tiiliseinä.Sain pyynnöstä vaihdettua huoneen. Huone ei paloturvallinen.Tulipalon sattuessa pelastusmahdollisuudet heikot,kun ikkunasta ei voi pelastua.Kyseistä huonetta ei pitäisi vuokrata.. |

Room was spacious for a city European hotel. The washroom was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Room and whole hotel was decorated up-to-date and modern. The hotel is within walking distance to tourist sites and shopping. Close to metro transportation. Free internet. |

Great central position on Gran Via and close to the metro.Classic old style ambience in Hotel. Great views over Gran Via but impossible to get any sleep - very very noisy - needs triple glazing!! Next time I would ask for a room at the back of the Hotel. |

Typical international functional hotel well situated in central Madrid near underground but no character, no commmunal sittingroom or newspapers locking/unlocking of bedroom safes using credit cards somewhat unreliable. Use of a 4 digit code would have been preferable. |

Location of the hotel was great, rooms were clean, people at reception helped us with any problem we had. We had nice view to 1 of main streets. Elevators were quite strange. |

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, there was a safe in the room and air con., the hotel was very clean and a shuttle bus to the airport was available. I also liked that this hotel had a great location (right on Gran Via) The lifts were very small making it difficult to bring the luggage up as barely 2 adults fit in the lift. |
