Erinomainen sijainti, tilava huone, hyvä aamiainen, ystävällinen palvelu. Sekä vanha kaupunki että moderni arkkitehtuuri mukavasti kävelymatkan päässä, erityisesti joen rannan kävelybulevardi Guggenheimin museolle siltoineen hyvin viehättävä, hotellilta toiseen suuntaan korttelin päässä hyvät shoppailumahdollisuudet (tavaratalo ym) |

hotellin huikean hyvä sijainti etenkin lapsiperheelle oli merkittävää.samoin aamupalan monipuolinen,mutta ei liian runsas tarjonta oli hyvä.samoin aamupalan laatu. siivojat ym. hoisi työnsä hienosti ym. 4- vuotias lapsemme sanoi wau, kun pääsi huoneeseemme.se on myös oma mielipiteeni.kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä ja nautittava kokemus. viimeisen päivän aamupalaa ei kerennyt syömään aikaisen koneen lähtöajan takia ja siitä ei saanut hyvitystä. tästä selkeät miinukset. tämä menee myös varauspalvelun piikkiin. olisi oltava vaihtoehdot mille aamuille aamupalan ottaa. |

I liked the fact that it was easy to find and fairly central. I also liked to be able to use the gym for no extra cost. There was lots I didn't like! It was very noisy bcause it backs onto one of Bilbaos busiest party streets....great if you are out with them but on this occasion I had to work! The room was very small and poky and the first room was really horrible and old fashioned. I did change and admit that the second room was ok. Also I truly believe that one of the reception staff was the most unpleasant person that I have ever come across in the hotel industry, miserable, rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and quite frankly nasty to his colleagues too. Also for a 4 star hotel it was very basic |

Central location with secure car parking Air conditioning to rooms had been cut off (it being the end of October) but the temperature outside was 27 degrees certigrade in the shade! |

we stayed on a sunday afternoon. they could not provide us with any food or room service, claiming the kitchen was closed on a sunday. we had no notice of this or we would not have stayed there. |

secure parking and good value with secure parking right in the heart of town with excellent access to everywhere,walked to the old town and also the guggenheim aircon inefficient some rooms may be ready for refurb |

Central convenient location, 15 minute taxi ride from airport. Good breakfast buffet. Everyone spoke English and very helpful, Room small but it was a single after all. Clean bathroom and good shower. |

What we liked was the location of this hotel, we had car but never moved it, its in middle of everything, walking distance to all historic places, museums, shopping and restaurants.When you arrive you don't need any kind of transportation. Staff was so unhappy to accepting guests,told me all the rooms with street view are double beds and the rooms with one big bad facing a wall and showed me a little tight smelly room with one bad.No vegetables in breakfast,lobby net 6 euro for one hour, for the safe in the room you need a little thing and for that you have to go to the unhappy reception. |
