Hotelli oli hyvällä ja rauhallisella paikalla. Huone oli siisti , mutta hieman vanhahtava ja kulunut. Kaikki keskeisimmät nähtävyydet ovat kävelymatkan päässä. |

I do not speak any Spanish but all the Hotel staff spoke perfect English which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The staff of this hotel were both curtious and very helpfull in all matters.I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone travelling to Bilbao whether on Business or a holiday. |

There was no air conditioning as advertise and that was really disconforting . We have to ask for a ventilator. We could not sleep at all. Thy also charge us for two breakfast we did not consume. |

Large foyer area and fastest lift I have ever been in! Design of furnishings was striking. Standard of cleanliness in our room was bad. Carper was dusty and had bits on it. I walked into bathroom with bare feet to find that there were shards of broken glass on the floor. Also hairs around the bath. The bathroom floor was cleaned on request. Minibar had only 1 glass in the cupboard and the bottom of the fridge was awash with water. Housekeeping staff need better training as these standards are way below what I would expect of a hotel of this quality. |

Location in Bilbao excellent for access to the Guggenheim art gallery, the old city and bus stops from and to the airport. Info at the airport helpful re bus stops |

Well located hotel, within easy walking distance to both the Guggenheim and the characterful narrow streets of the old Caco Viejo district. Nice quiet spacious double room with lovely bathroom. The breakfast buffet and cooked-to-order offers lots of choice. Staff are attentive as you would expect. As I said on leaving, I will stay there again when I hope to see more of the city of Bilbao. |

The staff were extremely helpful, the bar is welcoming and stylish. The rooms are beautiful. It was a plaesure to stay here. Free internet access was a good. |

Good and confortable room, just a little too small for a 5 stars hotel. Staff very kind. The window in the room didnot open easily. |

WOW! The gentleman that greets guests at the door made for a very impressive introduction to the hotel. Nice that he offered to park the car. Front desk staff was always helpful. Gentleman in the bar could have been a little more attentive. |

Staff delightful, location good for walking. Our room was comfortable but tight - passage for large individuals would be very difficult! Photos on site rooms appeared much larger. |

It was just catastrophic! It’s not at all a 5* Hotel! The superior room was so ugly: carpet and furniture very old, dirty and ugly. All in the bathroom was destroyed, old or broken. As we complained, we got an other one and it was as bad as the first. There were even holes in the floor under the carpet everywhere! TOO MUCH! Bar closed at 22h. Int.ernet was an old computer with virus and a Win 98! |

El hotel está bien, pero mas que 5 estrellas parece un 4 estrellas Que al entrar en el hotel te dan unas tarjetitas y te dicen (Luego pueden pasar a tomar algo al bar), ¿Parece una invitación verdad?.........pues si es una invitación que luego la tiene que pagar........ |

El servicio en recepción y en general; está cerca de todo ( restaurantes, compras, museos, etc.) y al mismo tiempo es muy silencioso. Que tuve que dar varias vueltas para encontrarlo, pero mereció la pena. |

Proximidad al centro No es un hotel de 5 estrellas: el mozo ni aparece cuando llegas con maletas ni cuando te vas, el aire acondicionado está estropeado y al ofrecernos otra habitación también está estropeado, la habitación huele a cigarrillo a pesar de ser "no fumador", no reponen el bar, fuimos al restaurante a cenar y no había nadie ni camareros ni maître y nos largamos a otro restaurante....es el clásico hotel antiguo que no saben ponerse al dia. |

Sinceramente desde su entrada hasta la salida no me ha gustado nada, no tiene ningún elemento de un hotel de cinco estrellas. Necesita de una reforma a fondo, esta ya obsoleto. Si buscan lujo y servicios no pierdan el tiempo y el dinero en este hotel, aunque resulte el más económico de la gama más alta, es cochambroso e inimaginable su experiencia en el interior. |
