The hotel is very centrally situated. Ideal for sightseeing and shopping. The room was small, but the bathroom was larger than in most hotels. Staff was helpful with dinner reservations. I left 2 cardigans in the hotel cupboard. Pity they were not returned to me. They never found them!! My fault not checking properly, but it has happened to me before and so far always the items were returned. Great shame. |

The position of the hotel was very good, in the city center. The design room was conforteble, spacious, modern. It was very noisy outside, because of the traffic and the city night life. |

The location was perfect for shopping, sight seeing of Gaudi's works, etc... Room very contemporary but luxurious. Very nice hotel. Male staff smiled and helpfull. Front desk female staff generally rude. Had booked a non-smoking room with early check-in as we deported at 6:30 AM. No non-smoking room avail so eventually (after a lot of persuasion) was upgraded to a non-smoking suite but room only available at 4 PM (check-in was at 2 PM). |

Excellent location with a lovely rooftop terrace. Nice room and very pleasant staff Poor restaurant for breakfast. Very small swimming pool. |

Staff are friendly, willing to help (but not many of them speak english) My friends stayed at room 205 and they found it very noisy at night time. |

Convenience of location. Overall cleanliness. Noise. 2 days in a row, the hotel was doing construction at 8am with drilling that sounded like it was in our room and hammering on the 2nd day for overall 30 minutes. |

excellent very comfortable bed, great roof terrace with views over a gaudi building. very clean hotel and very helpful attentive staff. good value and location would go back again. There are 2 parts to the hotel opposite each other not known what difference between the two are. |
