Great hotel located next to the central station and other attractions. The receptionist and the bell-boy did their outmost to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A huge room with a separate bathroom, shower and WC was allocated to us. Very clean and inviting. Would stay there again even though it was already my second time. To improve sound isolation between the room and the corridor. |

Easy access from the airport. Next to Sants station so easy access for the whole of Barcelona. Friendly staff. Good sized rooms with excellent facilities.Good views across Barcelona from restaurant there was nothing I disliked about this hotel |

Clean, modern rooms, good location by train station and metro. Internet was expensive; for the fairly high price of this room, I expected internet to be included. Restaurant was also expensive. Nice hotel, but next time I would probably look elsewhere for a better value. |

Very helpful front desk and bell staff as well as excellent and friendly service in the lounge bar, where I had dinner one evening. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet on the 23rd floor was great value at €12 on a promotion while I was there. Fantastic views from this breakfast location. I was just a little disappointed that the swimming pool was not free for hotel guests. |

The room was nice with a fantastic view of the city There was a party in the room next door to us, we called to complain a few times yet we still had music and people shouting until 2am, the hotel staff were not very helpful with this, the car parking is also at an extreme price! Dont drive and park unless you want to double your hotel bill! |

beautiful facility, modern, lots of stone, exterior walls(corner room) all windows! Great view even only on 8th floor out of 24, i believe. Perfect location to get almost anywhere in area since main train station(Sants)just across street, and regular and tour buses also there! For walkers, about 1 1\4 miles from the Gothic area and Las Ramblas. We are 60ish. |

The room was outstanding and had all the amenities. There was able room for all our luggage. The first room we received was not completely clean and we were moved to a better room. Also the room didn't have wireless internet which is a valuable feature. |
