Hyvä hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Loistava aamupala. Tilavat ja viihtyisät huoneet. Liikenteen äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen jonkin verran, mutta meitä se ei suuremmin häirinyt. |

Location I was given the key to a room that was already occupied....and at check out time was presented with charges for telephone and internet service that I did not use, I had to protest these charges however, the person at check- out time seem a lot more competent that the people I encountered when checking-in.... |

excellent location,clean,well kept,comfortable rooms,friendly and helpful staff good transport links breakfast was very varied and in the main very good would go back and would also reccomend it to others the hot food was always cold that needs to be addressed otherwise pretty good |

It was close to the city centre. The rooms were small and dark; and we had to change rooms twice before we got a double.When Ibook a double room I expect to get a double bed. |

Convenient location-nice breakfast. Traditional marble decor. Huge marble bath. No thermostat in room to control temperature. Hotel has no irons available.. Absolutely can hear every little noise-including your neighbor coughing,flushing toilet, telephone, door close. |

The breakfast was out of this world, I would definately reccomend it! We booked a double room but were given a twin (albeit with queen size beds) when questioned the man said that was their 'standard' room and that you only got a big double bed in a suite - however we saw the nextdoor room which was a standard room but had a double bed so I believe we were fobbed off by the staff about the beds! would definately check before hand what you have booked. |

good central position gd area of madrid.gd value for city looks a bit shabby for a 4 star.stayed in 3 star in barcelona with much better bathrooms towels fittings etc |

The Hotel was an excellent base to explore the beautiful city of Madrid,the breakfast was enough to set you up for the day! We had a rear garden/courtyard room which was fine but there was a lot of noise from people walking and cases being wheeled on the stone floors at all times of the day & night |

Staff all very helpful. Did find that there were no plugs in room near to a mirror. Great location - esp. for shopping. The hotel restaurant did not open for dinner until 8.30pm - which for Brits is very late. Infact, no restaurants in Madrid opened until after then so you need to plan your day accordingly. We were attending a concert that began at 9.30pm so found it immpossible to eat beforehand. |

The Hotel is perfectly located, in a nice area, and very close to the metro. it is also a very short walk to the Retiro park. The breakfast is great, and the rooms are spacious. very nice shower the walls are a bit thin. |

It's very close to the metro station, in a nice area. The cleaning ladies were very gentle. Our room and bathroom were big and spacious. The breakfast offers a lot of choice but the food was cold. We couldn't start the air conditioning, not a problem for this timeof the year but it could be a problem in the summertime. |

The Breakfast Buffet was more than average 4 Star i think not . Bathrooms smelt. Rooms although fairly clean were dated. TV Video Channels continually Froze and also internet connection failed regulary |
