Kiva kattoterassi. Hienot näkymät. Hyvä allasbaari. Hyvä palvelu. Kaksi huonetta sai yhdistettyä. Autolle löytyi paikoitus. Meteli 1. kerroksen huoneissa. Kallis aamiainen 13 euroa per nuppi (vaikka lapsille luvattiin 10 euroa). Kallis auton paikoitus. Pieni uima-allas. Huoneet eivät vastanneet hotellin tähtiä (4). |

Osa huoneista on remontoitu ja ovat viihtyisä! Henkilökunta oli mukavia ja auttavaisia. Älkää ottaka parisängyllistä huonetta! Omamme oli remontin tarpeessa ja "ikkuna" oli eritti kapealle kujalle, kun yöllä satoi vettä sade hakkasi johonkin ja emme pystyneet nukkumaan! Kävin valittamasta asiasta ja saimme juuri remontoidun huoneen jossa oli kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Sängyt ovat isoja ja ne ovat yhdessä! |

the staff were extremely helpful getting us into the car park and for providing local information - especially the local free internet access. i thought the hotel could advertise it's services better - or provide more food in the Cafe - the room service selection was very good but we would have liked to get it in the cafe instead. |

Easy access on foot to the wonderful city of Granada Road access is very difficult. The satellite navigation system took me down roads with restricted access and it was not clear whether I should be in them or not. I would never have found the hotel if I deviated from the main route. The city of Granada needs to make the rules in these streets clear to tourists with better signs.The parking bay(unloading only) outside was full and a second difficult circuit was necessary. Parking was expensive but it was valet parking. |

The hotel was very convenient to everythingwith most places within walking distance. The Breakfast buffet was excellent The only problem was the traffic noise . Also there is an excellent Roof terrace and pool which is closed from the end of September . We had exceptionally warm weather in October and it would have been nice to be able to use the roof terrace bar as the main Bar is characterless and dead. |

went to alhambra Palace and Gardens and a walking tour of the city The back room we were given first had musty smell but our second room was great. |

location yes, swimming pool and outdoor eating location on roof was shut in September which spoilt the stay somewhat, was not advised that these facilites would be closed in september. |

The location was not bad The service was abysmal. They are totally disorganized. There would be 4 people behind the front desk (I am not exaggerating) waiting on 1 person, while there was a line of 15 people. They lost my fax.I would never go back there again. |

Very central hotel. Decor was in need of updating. Bed was too soft and it is fairly noisy too! The pool is also very small - not like the picture on the website. |

It is centrally located. I have stayed at this hotel before and found it good. This time the rooms were terrible. They had not been properly cleaned. There were empty soda cans in the room, broken tv sets and dirty walls. |

The hotel was very central to the tourist attractions of the City. We stayed in the Superior Double Room which was a good size and had a small balcony overlooking the street outside. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in our fees and the amount and variety of the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel has the added advantage of on-site parking (extra fee payable). Just one small thing, the coffee at breakfast was dreadful! |

Comfortable, clean, centrally located. Does what it says on the label. Don't expect to swim in the rooftop pool as it is very tiny. Also not sure what a 'Premium' room is as we booked 2 and neither had a view and nothing to indicate they were any different to 'Standard'. |
