Very close to the Alhambra, sharing parking, which is surely one of the wonders of the world. Nice-looking building with a traditional Spanish look. Very reasonably priced.

Parking and breakfast relatively expensive though whole package still reasonable. Room a little small with narrow twin beds.

I loved the convenience of the hotel for the allhambra and the city centre, we could walk everywhere, and sleep well at night as well.

There was nothing we did not like, would definitely come back to stay there any time.

The hotel location is so close to monuments of Alhambra only 2 mins walk to the ticket office. but the drainage facility is so loudly that would wake up every single guest. That was terrible and the management has to do sth to upkeep the hotel as outback resort hotel.

pipeworks are poorly installed making so much noises.Hard to sleep in.

Very nice renovated bathrooms, free internet, great staff, easy access from hwy and convenient relatively inexpensive parking, across the street from Alhambra - main attraction in Granada.

Furniture in the rooms is old and needs replacement or at least renovation.

The room was large and gorgeous with wood decorations. It should be a fairly good value for money when you stay there at off-seasons. It is located very near the entrance of the Alhambra palace (but trade-off between the town - see the rest of the comments below). Excellent location for the Alhambra visit with very romantic atmosphere in the room!!

Indeed the hotel charged me about several euro per day more than the booked price. I did notice when I checked out but did not ask why they did so - this fact can tell us the quality of the hotel. Otherwise, this hotel is like at the top of small mountain, where you have to climb up all the way from the bottom. If you think of enjoying the night life of Granada such as eating out in the town, anyway you will have to come back to this place for sleeping. The public bus line from the town runs to the Alhambra gate until 23:00. Do not worry, you can use a taxi.

We stayed primarily to be near the Alhambra, which we were. So the location was excellent. There were also buses to the city as well that ran until 11 pm. Later than that, a taxi ride back was short and not expensive. The rooms were clean, adequately comfortable, and breakfast was available, although we did not take it. I would recommend it. Front desk staff were helpful and informative, and did not mind speaking English.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Meals in the restaurant were of a good standard with an excellent choice. Ideally situated for visits to the Alhambra and the city of Granada.

Requested a no smoking room but not booked in to one.

The location was ideal for visiting the Alhambra and the excellent bus service made it very convenient for trips to the centre of Granada.

The plumbing was amazingly noisy and our sleep was disturbed when our neighbours used their bathrooms. The bathroom needs some attention to bring it up to standard.
