Hotellin sijainti Granadan keskustassa erinomainen. Kaikinpuolin miellyttävä ja siisti hotelli. Ja edullinen. Suosittelen vilpittömästi. Mikään ei häirinnyt mitenkään. |

Hotelli oli edullisen hintainen, kuitenkin siisti, kaunis, sisustettu perinteiseen espanjalaiseen tyyliin, sijainti paras mahdollinen ydinkeskustassa. Pidin hotellin vanhanaikaisesta tunnelmasta. Aluksi en tajunnut ilmastoinnin tehokkuutta joten yöllä oli vähän viileähköä, heh.Sinänsä erinomainen asia tuo ilmastointi ottaen huomioon ulkolämpötilan. |

The room was massive and gorgeous, and it included a balcony which overlooked one of the main streets. It was clean, comfortable, with friendly staff, and at 45 euro for the night, it was an incredible price. It was a little noisy in the morning. |

we liked the location, heart of the city, the friendly staff and the cafe bar.The hotel was clean comfortable and value for money.We have stayed 4 times to date. Tea coffee making facilities in the room would be good. Nothing we didn't like. |

Good location, close to the city center. Good wifi Internet access in the room. Reception staff could be more friendly. This was the only hotel in during our trip to Spain that did not have city maps on reception. We wanted to use their announced parking, but they suggested to use the public parking instead which was more expensive. |

The location of the hotel is really good, easy acces to historical centre and also to shopping areas. And free wifi entire the lobby. There was disturbing noise from neighbour's bathroom almost everytime was anything in bathroom used. Like shover, wc, fen and also voices. |

We enjoyed the location of the hotel it was excellently placed in the centre of the city. The staff were also extremely pleasant and informative. Also being able to park in their own car park (albeit they charged 18 Euros per night). It was very dated and obviously in need of full redecoration. The beds were like sleeping on boards and the room very large but sparsely decorated. |

the hotel is situated at the city centre, near the Catedral. After checking in, we were assigned a twin room. When we entered into the room, we notice that the toilet has not yet been cleaned up and some used tissues and towers were placed on the basin. We then call reception and have arranged for changing to another room. Even though the room seems to be OK however, it has a bitter bad smell. The hotel staff explained that it is a mistake and sorry for their arrangement. We accepted their apology. Secondly, the hotel offers free wifi however, the connection is very low and even no connection. |

Nice room, staff was pretty helpful, and great location. As long as you don't care about Internet service, this is a great hotel. The Internet service is poor and spotty, at best. It took them 2.5 days to get the Wifi working. When I let them know their Wifi was broken, there was no real interest in fixing the problem, even though the computer they'll charge you to use worked perfectly. |

The location was particularly good near the centre and with many bars and restaurants nearby. The airport bus stops very near the hotel. The carpet and paintwork in my room could do with refreshing but it was very clean. |
