Oli lähellä keskustaa Pehmeämmät ja mukavammat sängyt! Sänky oli kivikova ja tuotti selkäkipua. Huone ei oikein mukava ja viihtyisä,oli kolkko ja "jäykkä". Ei mielstämme voi luokitella 5 tähden hotelliksi... |

Erinomainen hotelli. Hinta/laatu suhteeltaan ylivoimainen. Kokemus oli kaikin puolin yksi parhaista mitä olen kokenut missään hotellissa ympäri maailmaa. Henkilökunta oli tasaisen erinomainen tilanteessa kuin tilanteessa. Todella suosittelen! |

The hotel is very good and I would stay again.Because of the delay in getting a room we were upgraded and that's was great !! We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and got our romm at 2 pm !! |

Wonderful location and very comfortable Hotel. There was a party at the rear of the Hotel which was very noisy and went on until 3a.m. We complained but nothing was done. It meant we had very little sleep as we had to be up early the next day. This spoiled our stay. |

Excellent location and views of port and Barcelona city. Efficient, professional and friendly staff. Best breakfast ever experienced in a hotel. Pleasant public rooms. Great bedrooms. Rubbish internet access in rooms: slow, unreliable and not free. Hotel of this standard should offer free wifi as standard. |

The room was large and lovely. The room cleaners let us sleep in for the most part. Conciege desk was not helpful and acted bothered by questions. This was in stark contrast to the front desk, so we directed our questions and requests to them. For example we asked the concierge desk if they could arrange for housekeeping not to call our room if the do not disturb sign was up. They replied this would never happen as if we were lying. When it happened the next day, we asked the front desk to make a call and they stopped the practice immediately. |

Great views from your room, room great size, although roof terrace and pool were very small still got the sun all day and had great views. The food and drink was outragiously priced way too expensive I mean 25 euro per person for breakfast is crazy especially if you go to a cafe right outside you could get a lovely breakfast for 2 for under ten euro. |

Very friendly and very clean hotel. Hotel was lovely but everything cost a fortune there - 7euro for a small bottle of water......Also air con did not work very well in the room so it was too warm |

the view of room 715 as many times, the outsourced internet services of Swisscom: tideous, expensive and tight bandwith. it's like the high telephone costs in hotels, nobody is using them. |

Wow from the moment of arrival the quality and professionalism oozed out. The choclate covered strawberries arrived with the chilled cave just at the right moment as the room and views were sinking in. Spot on. From our room the dawn over the harbour was stunning, we slept very well and the breakfast was the best I have ever seen, with service to match! |

Beautiful hotel with very polite, helpful, attentive staff. Rooms were spotless, well laid out, very quiet. Liked the 5 different options of pillows available! The hotel is very well situated and is within walking distance of many of Barcelona's attractions. The views from the hotel over the city were fabulous. |
