Tykkäsin hotellista kovasti ja aion palata sinne vielä perheeni kanssa lomalle. Sijainti oli erinomainen, samoin huoneeni. |

3 kertaa päivässä "house keeping" - siellä todella siivotaan! Hotelli on todella puhdas ja kliininen - mukava olla siistissä paikassa :) Rantatuoleihin sai jokapäivä uudet pyyhkeet - hedelmätarjoilu rannalle aurinkotuoleihin:) Hotelli on mukava, siisti ja vähän läskejä, humalaisia "örvelö turisteja", hotellin asiakkaat hillittyjä, vähän lapsiperheitä, mukava tunnelma. Palvelu pelasi hyvin. "Punttisali" viileämmäksi, nyt se pieni koppi ei ansaitse kuin puolikkaan tähden, pari hassua laitetta - kuuma - ja käsipainot. Aerobisia laitteita siellä ei paljoa jaksa tehdä kuumuuden takia - ne voisi heivata pois ja tilalle joku esim vatsakone olisi hyvä :) hotellin huoneisiin voisi hommata internetin - toisaalta business center ja maksuton wlan toimii moitteettomasti - paitsi rannalle |

The hotel was excellent, staff so helpful and friendly.. on arrival we were given a choice of rooms to ensure that we had maximum sunlight in the evening time. Breakfast and food in general excellent. Location and proximity to Puerto Banus perfect and overall a quality 5* property No nothing at all, however the bar food was expensive and the range limited |

the setting was beautiful, and the buffets for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The room was spacious and everyone was very friendly. Most spoke some English. There was only one restaurant (besides the pool bar). This was gourmet and upscale. |

Weather, location and facilities were good . The furniture on the roof top area looked tired .The cushions and the jacuzzi did not appear to be clean.We asked for the jacuzzi to be cleaned . |

The terrace with Jacuzzi was wonderful. This makes the hotel. Huge terrace which is great is you are planning to spend some time at the hotel rather than go out. Also a second big terrace which shade was great. We spend most our time outside. The door men are lovely, very friendly. The bar men are not so friendly. The floors in the hotel are stone so you hear everything. The hotel was fulll of English who were the typical loud type and came back from night out at all hours in the morning using harsh language. Was a nightmare for us as we had a baby with us. The outside pools were cold even the baby pool, too cold for babies to swim in. No plugs in the barthroom had to dry my hair in the kitchen. |

beach and location near porto banus area tow beds are attached to form one king-size bed which is un-axeptable and the reaction to the request to change was so bad eventhou my reservation was weeks a head and clear and non-refundable |

The Hotel was modern & comfortable and located in a fantastic position, on the beach and short distance to the port. The room was spacious with a large terrace area, ideal for relaxing. Overall, it was value for money and the experience was great with the Hotel ranking as one of my best yet!! |

Really great hotel, second visit, same room,as we asked. Verry clean, really nice staff. Verry calm situation but only at 10 min on foot along beach to porto banus with shops,bars,shops. In front off hotel on the beach a private beachclub the mistral. Open every day, all year on sunny days; best natural, fresh fish on bbq of costa del sol. As Arnold said ; "i'll be back". |
