The staff was so helpful. The balcony on the Gran Via was great. The air conditioner was almost silent. The room was very clean. The hotel has good security. |

Felipe V is located in a very good position, few metres far from the Metro stop Gran Via. Our room had a nice little balcony, where having breakfast in the morning has been realy relaxing. No, we were really fine. Maybe, it is advisable to the Hotel a satellite TV system with international chanels |

Excellent location near the Metro and many restaurants. Friendly, helpful people at the front desk who helped make dinner reservations for us. Good WiFi in our room. Comfortable beds and quiet A/C. |

le calme ( chambre donnant sur la petite rue arriere ),la propreté,la discretion et la gentillesse des femmes de menage,personnel d'accueil agréable et serviable,les petits dejeuners servis dans les chambres et pas chers ( 4€ / personne - jus d'orange - cafe - lait - toasts grilles - croissants ou gateaux - beurre - confiture ),prix raisonnables ( 79 € + 8 € la nuit à 2 ), enfin, situation... rien a redire , c'etait parfait compte tenu du prix |
