Hyvä hotelli aivan parhaalla paikalla keskellä Madridia. Lyhyt matka kaikkialle. Miellyttävä ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Romanttinenkin ja varsin siisti. |

Loistava sijainti historiallisella alueella( alle o,5 km plaza Mayorilta, Royal Place, Ooppera) lähellä löytyy kauppojakin mm. Corte del Ingles, joka auki klo 22 asti ja edullisia kahviloita/ravintoloita. Liikenne ei häiritse, koska hotelli pienllä aukiolla, jossa ei autoja. Taksi ei oikein meinannut löytää, koska paljon yksisuuntaisia katuja. Metrolle Callao 300m. Parhaat muotiliikkeet eri alueella, Salamancassa, mutta sinne pääsee4 metrolla helposti. Madridissa 6 Massimo Dutti liikettä, joissa hinta-laatu suhde tosi kohdallaan. |

The location was walking distance to everywhere, it was clean and comfortable, with a bath and the air conditioning was good after walking the city on a hot day. We didn't need it but apparently there was no wireless internet in the rooms. |

Spacious rooms, quiet even though more or less at street level. Extremely well located, no complaints at all. Especially loved the old lift, though modern lift available too. |

Very clean and comfortable. Fabulous location. Convenient for shopping, restaurants, metro, tourist buses etc. We liked everything about the hotel. We did not eat at the hotel. Too much choice outside. |

There is a very elegant seating area near the reception where I enjoyed some food and drink. My bedroom did not have a window so I felt that 3 nights were enough. |

Very central and still very quiet. Polite staff and no complaints We had a very quiet room, on the inside of the hotel. The disadvantage was that it was very hot and opening a window didn't give fresh cool air. I quess better to ask for a room on the outside because it will still be relatively quiet. |

This hotel was a good value for a hotel in a larger city. The location was great (except if you are driving). The staff were very helpful. This hotel was difficult to reach by car. It is surrounded by pedestrian streets and one of the access streets was closed for construction. We took a wrong turn and ended up in a confrontation with the police. I would strongly recommend this hotel to people who are not driving. |

Very nice hotel; staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location for those wishing to see the city. Room clean, quiet and had ample well-placed electrical outlets. Nicely stocked bathroom with wonderful towels. We would choose this hotel again. We were supposed to have several TV channels in English. These did not work and the hotel was unable to get them going during our stay (this is the only reason for not rating the facilities excellent). My wife wishes that European hotels had American-style washcloths; most seem not to. |

The hotel is located in the center of the city center! Very clean an quiet hotel. For the interesting price I got on booking.com, we only could have a room with no outside window and this was not stipulated in the description! |
