Respassa olevat työntekijät olivat uskomattoman avuliaat ja halukkaat palvelemaan ja järjestämään asioita. Tarjoutuivat jopa maksutta kuljettamaan konferenssikeskukseen kun hotellin minibussi ei ollut muussa käytössä. |

Vastaanottovirkailija oli erittäin ystävällinen ja englanninkielitaitoinen. Huone oli siisti, asiallinen ja ajoi tarkoituksensa. Lentokenttäkuljetus toimi erinomaisesti ja Metroyhteys oli meille sopivan lähellä. Lähistöltä löytyi riittävät palvelut, kuten ravintoloita, baareja ja kauppa. Pieniä puutteita huoneen laitteissa, kuten kylpyammeen tulppa ja pesualtaan sulkijan nuppi puuttui, WC-pontön kansi oli osittain irti, sekä kaikki ikkunoiden sähköiset pimennysverhot eivät toimineet. Nämä pikku viat eivät kuitenkaan vaikuttaneet viihtyvyyteemme. |

The stuff was very friendly. There is a free hotel shuttle from airport. Underground station is very near the hotel. The hotel shuttle is not available at the early morning hours. |

Quick check-in and check-out, minimum formalities, profesional. A bit thin walls, could here other guests through it. Very small room, but for overnight stay arriving late, laving very early, did not expected more comfort anyway. |

The front desk guy that met us was great! Could not have been more helpful or nicer. We were only in Madrid one night as we were heading out the next morning. Hopped on the Metro (stop two blocks from hotel) and went into the city to check out the museum and have dinner. Shuttle to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was good. Quiet and location was near the airport, convenient for early morning flight. Really nothing, but only were there one night. |

I stayed there only one night, because I had a plane from Barajas airport next morning. I like the hotel is close to the airport (to Terminal 1 it was less than 10 minutes). They have a shuttle bus, which you can use anytime. You just have to ask for it 15 minutes before you want to leave. |

close to the airport is the only advantage rooms very small; sliding bath room doors do not close properly.you can literally hear, smell and watch what is happenoing in the bathroom; some might feel suffocated as the rooms are very small. no good restaurants nearby. airport shuttle and breakfast availalble only after 7 AM |

It's convenient -- close to Madrid's airport (without being on the flight path), and only a block from a Metro stop (for a quick trip downtown). Staff were very friendly, helpful and English speaking. Rooms were small, but modern, attractive and clean. We had a difficult time getting to the hotel: After turning in our car rental at the Madrid airport, we tried to find a taxi to the hotel -- but no taxi would take such a cheap fare, given that the hotel was fairly close by (a couple miles?). Meanwhile, other hotels were regularly circulating minibuses through the airport--but we had to put in a special call to summon a shuttle from our hotel. It took us a couple hours to figure all that out and get it accomplished (via our weak Spanish). |

The shuttle to the airport. The metro was several blocks from the hotel, not a big deal unless one is traveling with luggage, then it seemed like several big blocks! Traveling on the metro to the city center took over an hour. |

We were very impressed with check-in receptionist & also welcomed shuttle service to the airport. The bedroom was a little small for 2 people. The check-out receptionist seemed a little tired - perhaps he had been on duty all night? |
