Sijainti on keskellä vanha kaupunkia,kaikki paikat kävelymatkan päässä, Aamiainen on oikein hyvä, Lentokentälle taksilla 26€ ja 25min ,ei voi valitaa.(Ei ollut ruuhka aika)

Vasemmanpuoleinen hissi, kuriositeettinnä kyllä ihan hauska

Sijainti oli aivan mahtava, keskeinen. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsee paakadun varrella ainakaan meita ei melu haitannut. Metrolle matkaa 100 metria!!!

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä kaikkea. Huone oli pieni mutta siisti. Ilmainen wlan oli mukava lisä ja itse asiassa yksi keskeinen syy hotellin valinnalle hinnan ja sijainnin lisäksi.

Aamupala oli varsin kallis. Hotellin baarimikkoa ei hirveästi kiinnostanut tarjoilla baariin osuneelle asiakkaalle ja niinpä pienen odottelun jälkeen läksinkin muualle.

Very small elevators, cigarette smell trought the halls and no couple bed.

We found the hotel was situated in an excellent position within walking distance of all the major sights, the staff were extremely helpful, we would definitely reccomend this hotel for a trip to the city and give it 9/10

It s absolutly not a 4 stars hotel, small and unconfortable, the pics on the website are about something else ! It sure can be a 2 star hotel so you can have for sure something better with the same money

Dirty walls, broken tiles in bathroom, dingy room. No room service, no food or drink available after 1am. This is not 4 star!

For a self-proclaimed 4 star hotel, this is the worse we've been to. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel from its service to hotel room. The hotel room was clean and simple, probably a 3 star level. As with service, oh my goodness! We have never been to a 4 place where hotel staff are so rude, uncaring and unhelpful. We had been robbed of all our personal items in Barcelona and when we arrived in Madrid (mainly to apply for an emergency passport), we looking for a little kindness and service with a smile. Instead, we got cold stares and our requests for the staff members to assist with making calls so that we can leave the country were unhelpful (esp when we don't speak Spanish and the voice recordings were all in Spanish).

Central location, near to restaurants and shops as well as metro station.

Reception on second floor and lift stops there everytime, going up or down, regardless of you requesting it to. Bathroom very old and smelt slightly musty.

I thought the cleanliness of the room was well taken care of, and one of the porters was pleasant.

The majority of the staff i found to be unhelpful, as i had a couple of problems that needed assitance and there was none given, the reception desk was supposed to be open 24 hrs for guest convience, but on two occassions at approx 22.30 there was no-one around.
