The hotel has one cafeteria and 2 lounges on the first floor with large windows for a unique view (these two rooms are located in the old ball room of the palace with a capacity for up to 120 people).
Each room has been decorated to offer you a charming and warm atmosphere.
All the suites are different, and all conserve the magnificent paintings in the ceiling.
The location is ideal to visit the principal tourist sites of the city, including Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Museo del Prado and Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, or to do some shopping in the famous street, Puerta del Sol.
Once the reservation is made, the hotel will get in touch with the customer to agree on how to prepare the prepayment.

Hotelli oli todella siisti, ja laadukkaasti remontoitu. Vaikka huone oli pieni (1 hh), niin se oli toimiva ja kylpyhuone oli avara. Kaikki oli siistiä ja puhdasta. Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja monipuolinen. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Hotelli sijaitsi erinomisella paikalla sekä lähellä museoita sekä keskustaa. |

Myself and a friend booked this hotel at the last minute (so we paid a little bit over the odds). It's a great hotel, I would say it meets it's 4 star rating. The facilities were good, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was larger than most including both a very large shower and seperate bath. The staff spoke very good english and were very helpful when we needed advice or directions. The location is very central, only a few minutes walk from the main central attractions. I would say that the hotel was a little hard to find but that was because we were walking from the metro, we had printed out a map on googlemaps but it wasn't very clear. I would just bring the address and ask people for directions on the street. |

Excellent place to stay and enjoy Madrid. Everything is at your arm's length. The problem is not specifically with the hotel, but with the city itself: there are no indications with hotel names and directions. Maybe you can do something about this. Contact tourism authorities? |

Very good stay. Friendly, helpful staff who also speak English. Excellent location for sightseeing. Clean, well designed room. Excellent bathroom. Would stay again. Wireless internet signal in my room was not strong enough (other rooms may be okay). Wireless fine in lobby/bar, which was a pleasant comfortable area to relax and have a drink. |

The staff was very friendly, helpful. We arrived Madrid in the morning, so it was no objections from hotel staff for early check-in. Rooms were comfortable, elegantly designed, clean. Location of the hotel is very convinient, easy to find, close to seesights. We like this hotel very much!!! No body lotion. |

The location was absolutely perfect. The hotel was clean and the bathroom facilities were very good. The staff was helpful as well. We walked to the Prado in one direction and the Palace in the other. (Be sure to opt for the audio guides. They were worth the extra cost.) Plaza Santa Anna is wonderful and just one short block away. We chose not to pay the extra euros for the breakfast. Lateral on the square was a good choice for tapas and friendly service. The biggest negative for us was that the beds were extremely hard. This might be fine for some people, but we do not like beds that have no give. |

The location is excellent, can't be beat. It's right off of Plaza Santa Ana, which is probably the best location in the old part of the city -- extremely lively till all hours of the night, lots of restaurants & fun, central to everything. The reviews made it sounds like it was something special, and it's not. Supposedly it's a rennovated old castle. If so, the only thing remotely castle-like about it is a grand staircase but the lobby, rooms, everything else are very, very basic and not at all luxurious. It's a very narrow building connected to others...very urban. It has no pool, no gym, not even a small workout room, and the staff is generally only minimally accommodating. It's a good place to camp for an urban trip if the price is right for you but only because of the location. When I go back to Madrid I will look to stay near there but not there. |

Excellent location, a block from Plaza Santa Ana where there are good tapa restaurants. Walking distance to most tourist attractions in Madrid. Good size room and updated, very nice bathroom. Hotel atmosphere was cozy and staff are very helpful. Careless noise made by cleaning staff all heard inside room especially in the morning. However this is minor and did not affect our enjoyment of hotel stay |

The location was excellent, a short stroll to the Prado and the Plaza Mayor. The room was very comfortable with large twin beds and the bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast was not included in the price and there was no complimentary water in the room. |

The spaciousness of the room, with great storage and a huge shower; the speedy wi-fi. Often surly staff. We were sometimes scowled at by front desk staff. When I came to breakfast at 10 a.m., the waitstaff made it clear they wanted me out, noisily clearing tables, and once even closing the door behind me as I left. The showerhead was broken, robes didn't appear until our 3rd day in the room, the A/C was weak and the room got stuffy. |

Location is good. The space is big. The breakfeast is good. I arrived the hotal at 10:30pm with two luggages. The porter saw me dropped off the taxi but no action to help me. After I checked in, the porter was still no action to help to bring the luggages to the room. The TV is too small. |

As we were only staying 4 nights in central Madrid, we needed a hotel that was close to good cafes, museums and bustling city life and yet very quiet. Catalonia Las Cortes was all these things. |

We love absolutey everything about this hotel. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, and clean, and the bathroom is fabulous with the best shower in the whole world. The location is perfect too. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke great English. Location is central, very near to the art triangle. Room was comfortable, bed was great. Free wireless internet! The rooms are closely spaced, so when the doors of other rooms are closed, your entire room shakes. |

The hotel had a boutique character to it, set in the heart of Madrid it was close to all that was required for a city trip Business people should be warned off staying the hotel, the hotel does not have an iron or an ironing service before 9am in the morning. |
