Majoituimme hotelli Victoriassa, jonne meidän lähetettiin El Pasajesta. Huoneet oli uusittu ja ne olivat hyvässä kunnossa. Ei melua. Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Kaikki oleellinen Madridista kävelymatkan päässä. Aamiainen Etelä-Euroopassa sisältää kovin vähän vihanneksia = ei ollenkaan. |

Sijainti on loistava ja kaikki tilat todella siistit. Sisäpihan puoleinen huone oli erittäin rauhallinen, vaikka kadulla on kolme ravintolaa. Jääkaappi tosi hyvä juomia ja ruokia varten. Kylpyhuone hyvin varusteltu. Ilmastointi tehokas, sai nopeasti huoneen viileäksi. Avainkortti hyvä systeemi, kun respassa ei aina ollut ihmisiä - tosin soittamalla sai paikalle. Aamiainen erittäin hyvä, tilavassa kahvilassa, jossa ystävällinen palvelu. Meille (äiti ja tytär 17 v.) kaikin puolin ihanteellinen; käytämme varmasti uudelleen! Viimeisinä öinä käytävässä kovaäänistä puhetta ja juoksemista portaissa: asiakkaita vai henkilökuntaa? Äänet kuuluivat huoneisiin mm. avoimista käytävän ikkunoista (helteen takia auki). Ehkä jotakin säätövaraa ilmastointiin, jotta sen voisi pitää päällä öisinkin. |

You cannot beat the location of this hotel. Try to get a room away from the street, it gets very noisy at night. Breakfast was great too. we would go back if we travel to Madrid again. |

It was really good, clean and nice staff there, And ofcourse 5+ location Maybe the view from the window could have been better but i stayed at the hotel for city sightseeings and it wasnt a real problem for me |

It's right in the center of the city. We walked to all attractions within 20 minutes. It's clean ,quite and not too expensive. A bit difficuly to communicate with the staff, but they are very helpful. By the way, we get to hotel by metro ! |

Clean rooms, great location. Major sites and subway within easy walking distance. Air conditioning was very musty. Opted to open windows for ventilation. If weather were hotter, this may have been an issue. |

The rooms are modern and comfortable. Location is centrally located (near to Sol) but we had difficulty getting to the hotel by taxi as certain roads near the hotel was closed due to construction. there are also some good tapas bar around the hotel. Staff needs to speak better english. |

the location is good , walking distance to many touristic sites , clean , good brakfest. there is no one in the front desk who speaks English. but there are very helpful people at hotel victoria next building. |

Location was fantastic just a couple of minutes walk away from Sol. The room was clean and available so early check in was not a problem. No complaints, except for the fact that staff lock up and leave at night so if there were any problems (which there werent) there wouldnt be anyone to contact. |

The location is great-very near to puerta del sol,the room was clean,the staff were nice and friendly. the rooms are small,the staff didn't know much english. |

Excellent location close to sights and public transport. Good value for money, comfortable rooms and great breakfast buffet. The staff did not speak foreign languages at all, which made communication very difficult. |

It is well located in the downtown area, close to the Metro and the Train and therefore to the airport that can be reached in a combination of train (Renfe) to station "Nuevos Ministerios" and the Number 8 Metro line No. Note - I haven't looked at other Guests reviews |

This hostel is really good for his position (in the middle of Madrid), is clean and nice. The staff and the breackfast are OK. A little to mach noise from the street by night. |

It is at the heart of the city's tourist attractions. It is very close to the metro station of Sol. The room looked nice. It had everything you may need. The breakfast is served at a cafe close to the hostal. It was not a high season so I was not disturbed from the noises at night. |
